Should have did my homework on this tv. First..

The colors of the peoples weren't as beautiful as should have been... Wanted to return but couldn't find my reciet ... But manager said he would try and do what he could for me... Truly greatful for him....I just decided to live with it.. And not take myself threw any embarrassment moments.... Nothings damaged with the tv.. Just unhappy customer is all...

I am very disappointed in this TV however. Some reviewers mention excellent picture quality so I thought I would find it at least acceptable since it is something that could be subjective. Maybe I got a defective item because no matter how I adjust it the picture is washed out and dull. Dark scenes are basically unwatchable. I understand this is a low end TV and I was not expecting an OLED for the price of an led. You get what you pay for.
