    It was a great TV show better picture quality than my Samsung TV, but had to replace it after four years so if you’re purchasing this TV, you should get the extended warranty

    Do not buy this TV. Not only is the software outdated and constantly lags, but after 3 months it no longer turns on. Absolute garbage!!

    Great value, but downside is having wavy picture sometimes. Luckily it only happens once in a while. Still good value and easy to use.

    Has been good for it’s intended use but the only thing preventing 5 stars is how slow and unresponsive Fire TVs seem to be. Roku based TVs are much better in my opinion. Good for the value if on sale.

    It's not amazing, it's just a good solid TV for at least a few years before the backlight burns out and you have to get another one. Technology keeps advancing so this is instead of buying a better TV at 3x as much for more longevity. All in all you will be happy enough during the life of the product.

    It worked for about a day. Then it started crashing constantly and returning me to the home screen. Now it crashes every few minutes. I called Amazon, and they told me it was an Insignia problem. Called Insignia, and all they can do is replace it. I don't even want it. Should have bought a Samsung.

    Love this TV. I love the voice-remote feature. The layout is a bit annoying though. I wish it add apple music like the ROKU does

    This TV is absolutely garbage (basura). It was stuck on reboot loop a few months after purchasing. I have now had the MCB (main control board) replaced twice and still stuck on reboot loop. Now Insignia is saying they will not replace or exchange and only continue repairing until it is out of warranty. Great customer service Insignia! Get me a new TV please :)

    It has given me trouble ever since I purchased it, It is so slow in changing programs, and keeps telling me to restart, or to do a couple of other things I can't remember. Takes a long time to put on HDMI

    This TV is ok for the price, not nearly as crisp and clear as my old LG was. I thought with the years between the old LG and the new TCL the technology would be better. Not so!

    It was a decent tv. The picture just wasn’t as good as I thought and a few other things were hard to try to fix. I ended up going with the roku instead and it was much easier and better
