    The Input on the remote stopped working after roughly 18 days. I called to report the issue as figured it must still be under warranty and Best Buy said it wasn’t covered. I had 15 days to return the TV if it didn’t work and accessories were not guaranteed to work. Terrible customer service.

    No longer working after two months

    We purchased the tv in mid September and the tv is no longer working. I have done everything from unplugging, trying different power sources and charging the remote batteries. So disappointing. Seems like we got a lemon.

    5yr Geek Squad protection plan but no Tv service

    My Insignia "55 Tv not working due to accidental damage. I purchased Tv 6months ago along with 5yr Geek Squad Protection. I've tried several times but Best Buy is not honoring warranties. I'm out of a Tv. Bad experience.

    Every once in a while a different color line shows up while watching tv

    I purchased the TV on 7-30-24, 19 days later turned on the TV & had a 4 inch gray strip was down the center of the screen from top to bottom. Best Buy has a 15 day return policy. Also, I had noticed the colors were not as bright as in the store. I talked with customer service & have a repair appointment in 12 days.

    Literally just bought the tv 3 weeks ago and it has a solid green line in screen. Contacted customer service which is horrible. Waste of money. Throw in the extra cash to get something better trust me!!

    The TV worked great for 3 weeks! The other day I was watching it and the screen turned green. I had to unplug the TV to turn it off and it won’t go back on now. Trying to get a hold of the geek squad is like trying to get a hold of the president

    It works but picture quality is poor. It’s suppose to be 4K HD but it not clear as name brand sets. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for. So true.

    Decent TV but returned the next day due to the screen being very dark around all the edges of it. And it was not a pure dark screen. I still have a 10 year old Vizio that looks better than this. Must be an Insignia thing. Very sad.
