Broke after 3 weeks. DO NOT BUY
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I got this tv and it stopped working after 3 weeks, when i called the number to get it fixed it would hang up on me everytime for a week. I finally got it to work and was told I can’t return it and can’t bring it into the store to repair. If I would have bought from any othee company i would have been able to return it within 3 weeks. I have to have someone come to my home. The earliest appointment is 1.5 weeks away, which with the extra week of not being able to get ahold of them means I will be waiting just about as long as i had it to get it fixed. I have to be available from 7am to 7pm for them to fix it in home, which means I have to use PTO for tv that worked for 3 weeks. I will never buy anything from Best Buy again, their customer service and return policy are awful.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I’ve had this TV for about 3 years now and I’ve always seemed to have trouble with the apple airplay feature that it comes with. One minute it works, one minute it doesn’t. Now all of a sudden they’ve come out with an app that you can download on the TV to use the Airplay Feature that is already suppose to be on the TV. The app works phenomenally, hownever you have to pay $8.99 to use it without disruption. Seems like a scam to pay for a feauture that should already work with the TV.
