I have had several Insignia T.V's over the years but this was the first time I ever had a problem with one. Kodo's to Best Buy for taking care of the problem so quickly

Decent Picture, but Slow Processing

It is not expensive, but there is also a reason for the price tag. The positives are the picture and sound are good for what you pay. The negative is the processor in the TV. The TV is incredibly slow to process input. You push a button on the remote and have to wait, while the TV processes it. For example, when you turn the TV off, the screen goes blank, but sound continues to come out of the TV for a bit, until it fully shuts down. So, in the end, you are not getting a powerful TV and the slow processing can be annoying. However, if you don't mind that, for the price you will get a decent picture.

Other than that, it’s budget friendly and the picture quality is good. I just don’t know how long this tv will last.

Unfortunately, the first one I had stopped working after about 4 years. The screen went black so not sure what was wrong, but I still liked the TV so that’s why I decided to buy it again. I got the 55in TV for less than $300 so it’s worth it. Hopefully this one will not have the same issue in a couple years. The sound isn’t great so I have a soundbar.
