A Great TV with a really nice picture. A lot of options on it and very easy setup. I had the Fire TV add-on on my last TV and now it's standard in the Insingia 55" that I purchased. I would recommend the Insinga brand to anyone. The Best Buy staff was easy to work with.

I like that the color is more vivid than its predecessor. It has a very nice picture. The sound is great! I got the tv at a very good price due to the two-year warranty, being intact with just a day or two before it expired.

So far so good. Bought this TV for a spare bedroom, so it will probably not get much use. The picture quality and sound are fine. Only beef is the remote control does not have numbers on the remote. For someone who watches regular TV, and not everything on the internet, having to click through all the channels to get to the channel I want is a pain. Example - watching channel 8, and want to now watch channel 66. I have to click through all the channels to get there! But again, this is in a spare bedroom, so it may not get much use since I bought it in case company stays with me.

Best TV i have ever owned! There is a big difference from the F30 to the F50 models. The only negative is the remote control, there was some type of glitch on the latest update that affected the remote.

Love this TV! We’ve had it for a long while now and it still works great! Picture is beautiful. The only thing I would change is the internet connection strength- even with it close to the internet it continues to disconnect.

Very bright, takes a long time to get the perfect picture through adjustments, but overall the picture is good. Just decent input lag when paired with the PS5. Worth it for the price, can’t complain.

TV works well and does everything as stated. Take a little configuration to get the colors right across all the inputs and apps but works well Two issues: 1) If you try and use the network\ethernet port instead of Wifi be aware it does not negotiate speeds very well - It would just not work on 1GB ethernet, and was very slow on 100MB until I forced my switch to be 100mb only 2) If you configure everything and then have to preform a factory reset you lose all settings as although there is a restore from backup option it appears to include no information about the apps etc i.e. I had most probably 30 apps for the different TV channels that I had to individually reconfigure and login once I reset - this I think is most probably an Amazon issue and not specific to this TV

I bought this TV to replace a 60” Vizio that was working fine but I wanted to update and the 55” fits better over my mantle. I LOVE this TV! The picture is great and the sound is better than most. Some people have complained about it being too bright but I think it’s just the right amount there are different settings to adjust it anyway. This has Alexa on it with a voice remote which is just a plus I would be just as happy if it didn’t have it because I like the TV that much! With the Alexa Ivan check my ring cameras as well as my Alexa enabled thermostat on my TV among other things. On my old TV the apps installed directly on it that usually had buffering problems but not on this one it is quick and responsive. My old TV had shadows in the blacks or darker scenes but not here the colors are good and the black is black for the price of this TV you can’t beat it

Overall this is a very nice TV. The picture quality is very good, it is light, and it has all the ports I could ask for. My wife is particularly fond of being able to stream directly from the TV. In terms of cons, the streaming functionality usually works, but sometimes a streaming service will be unavailable, despite it working on my ps5. Additionally, when I picked it up, I was told that it could not be placed flat at all, otherwise the screen would break, and it would not be covered by the warranty.

Excellent value flat screen. I own several of these tvs, in multiple sizes. They operate fast which I have had problems with other brands like Samsung and sharp, whose flat screens have great picture but operate slow and clunky. The picture is good enough for my use, id like to find this tv in larger sizes which has been difficult. Tv comes preloaded with smart tv basics. My favorite part of these screens is they are very lightweight and easy to mount, with a nice low profile look and small bezel around the screen which makes for better viewing!

We were waiting for a good TV and then we found this one. Great screen- we are able to adjust to whatever format we need. Easy to use. Our family uses zoom a lot and this tv is excellent for us. We see clearly and perfect. Thanks

Great picture, very bright. Only half the buttons work on the remote. Tried to pair with my echo stereo pair/subwoofer absolutely would not work. Called both Best Buy and Insignia techs and they weren’t able to help. Said just to bring it back and get another one. Is this the future supply for open box? I’m too old to haul a 55 inch tv back and forth and try to find one that works. Alexa app said new tv wasn’t compatible with pairing.

Our previous Insignia just died under 2 years. Black screen with sound issue. Not sure if it could have been repaired. I researched and was going to go with a different brand but all makes/models had issues so I decided to stick with the Insignia brand. You can't beat the features available for the cost. If I have to replace very few years so be it. Had the new replacement setup and powered on within 20 mins. Was able to restore my old Insignia fire tv settings from my amazon account so that process was a breeze as well!

The TV was great, especially for the price. I cannot speak on longevity because it was a Christmas present to my son, and he accidentally knocked it off its stand while gaming with his VR gear and broke it. I bought the Protection Plan (as i have for YEARS for all my Best Buy purchases) thinking it covered everything, including accidental danage. To my surprise and disappointment, accidental damage is not covered specifically for TVs. Maybe im the only one who didnt know that? But i didnt, so i thought id throw it out there as a buyer beware type of thing.
