Loving it. Excellent picure and easy navigation. Sound is meh, but I already have a sound alternative so i dont really care. For $400 this is a steal.

Terrific picture and really easy to use... The Smart TV features allowed me to get rid of my Fire Stick, Chrome cast, and a couple of other devices as well. Great purchase, especially at the price!

Had these Tv for a year.I love the quality of it but my only bad experience that I deal with from time to time is the remote control!!! I read that it is Bluetooth connected and can’t stand how it work’s sometimes or not. I have wondered if it’s the memory of the tv I have re connected the remote plenty times and it’s a bothersome that we should not be dealing with!! Totally ruins my experience at times

This TV has met all of my needs excellent picture quality, great sound and easy to airplay to my device. Highly recommend.

Picture is great. Cannot comment on sound because I have an external sound system. Controls easy to navigate. All in all very happy with the TV. Feel I got a great value at a great price.

solid features good picture quality great price It's really all you could want in a tv at a bargain price. The built in FIRE TV is an added bonus and also QLED.

Great picture quality and brightness. I exchanged this for the crappy Toshiba 55 inch. Sound is impressive for this tv. No light bleed and picture quality is very good for its price

Very good tv for about half the price of the samsung with the same features. We got the extented warranty since most tvs only give you 1 year.

I’ve got no idea how much more you get for a TV that costs many times as much as this one, but I’m very happy with it. The picture is very good. I don’t tend to watch the kind of movies that benefit by truly great speakers, but for general TV watching the sound is fine too. Importantly - to me at least - the menu and settings are intuitive and simple to navigate. I’m actually surprised it’s as good as it is for the price and can recommend it. No complaints whatsoever! Oh, and it’s nice to be able to avoid buying from that big company whose name starts with an “A”!

Bright out of box, like most said. Will need to adjust once in the room, but quality seem sufficient for the price.

55”. Insignia Qled is awesome upgrade. Compred to the regular 4K tv. Its a really good tv the picture and color is way better you can really see the difference

Bought 2 of these as a prizes for our company holiday party. Employees were ecstatic! Feedback was that the setup was easy and the sound and picture quality was great as well.

First new TV in over 12 years! I wanted Paramount+ and needed a more up to date model. The 55" was a perfect size upgrade from my 42". The room is average size and this is the right fit. The tech who installed it was great: friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in answering all my questions. We figured out how to connect my cable box and DVD player and only needed one new wire connection. The Insignia saved me some money over the similar Samsung (previous TV was Samsung) and has a beautiful picture and terrific sound. I read all the technical info sheets and think I made good choice. Very satisfied with purchase and set-up.

We love our insignia we already have. We've had no problems with it so decided to upgrade one of our other not smart tv's with another one . Great tv great picture great price.

Great picture and easy to use . However when watching any streaming services it sometimes stops unexpectedly. Not sure if it’s the TV or my internet

When looking for a new 55" TV, I was very surprised to find this QLED 4K TV at this price level. I was not too picky for this particular purchase, so I was not too concerned that it wasn't top of the line. I have had it freeze a couple times on me in eight months of owning, but I'm not sure if it was the Fire TV OS or the TV itself. A reboot corrected the issue so I am not too concerned about it. I saw a review or two that complained about the red LED that displays when the TV is turned off. After having the TV for a while, I barely even notice it.
