Have had this tv for a year now and no complaints. The value for the price is unreal. Sure, the screen quality isn't AMAZING. But its actually really good. Unless you put it side by side with a "name brand" tv, you really can't tell the difference

First time purchasing an Insignia and I must say that I am impressed with the quality of the picture. The price was great but that did not cause it to lack picture and sound quality. I purchased a soundbar with it but it really wasn't necessary. Works great and I'm very happy with my purchase!

I love this TV. Average TV quality and nice sizefor your buck. I upgraded from a 42" TV I've had over 10 years... This is a BIG change. I like it so far. No complaints. No bells and whistles just a big TV good for gaming and netflix.

The most astonishing feature on this tv which has improved from past insignia tv's is the quality of sound is much better. I did not need to connect a sound bar because turning the bass at max was good enough. This is my 2nd tv within weeks apart. I simply love all the features.

Have elderly mother who needed a big screen tv and simple to operate...

Picture quality is the best for 1080 TVs in this range. Great price

This is a great tv. It is not a smart, and is one of very few that you can still buy that does not have that "feature" (personally not a fan). The picture is pretty good out of the box-a little color tweaking, and the sound is pretty good. So far I am very happy with my purchase.

Saw a great review on CNET for this tv so I bought one, now we have 4! For the price, you can't beat this tv. Smart tv's are overrated, most people are using a firestick anyway. The picture quality very good, sound is ok. Have recommended to all my friends.

Basic Tv that works well with my Roku stick. This is a great tv for people who are not into smart tvs and want simple. The hardest work you will have is putting on the 2 leg stands. Which is easy. I would recommend 2 people taking it out the box to help with putting the legs on.

Nice picture. Good over the air reception. Picture is the same as the premium HD verizon box only available in 1080 why spend the extra $$$. It's just a TV . Works well with The xbox units and Wii U And older gaming units. Has gaming mode and a good audio mode. Works well with a chrome cast.

Great picture , sound and size. Needed a basement tv for when grandkids were visiting. For playing game system, movie and football watching . Since it’s not in use on a daily, weekly basis, I didn’t want to spend over $400.00. Win win.

Excellent color and clearness easy to attach to cable wires.

I was in the market for a bargain. My old tv had stopped working and I needed a replacement. I searched the web and found that this model got good ratings for picture and was reasonably priced. So far the set has worked great, I would recommend for the budget conscious.

When my parents TV burned out due to a close-by lightning strike, I went to Best Buy online and had another TV purchased and set up within a few hours. No, this TV isn’t the highest quality, but it’s excellent for the price. I will buy another when the time comes.

Can't argue with the price, $300 on sale for 55" tv? Bought a 46" tv 8 years ago for $800. Picture isn't the greatest, but my wife and I are not that particular. Easy set up, connected tv to my Directv remote without any problems.

Did not need another smart TV. Did not need another 4K TV. This TV was a perfect choice. Replaced the 40" in bedroom with this great 55" . Moved the 40" to the kitchen. And to top it all off, got a super good price from Best Buy. Thanks BB. You did it again!

Bought this for a garage Tv. Fairly impressed. Picture is very good, almost as good as my Samsungs. After adding a Firestick 4k its a smart TV and has no input lag. Dont know who makes this for BestBuy but its a quality TV.

Everything I expected for the price, picture is great! I have 5 Insignia TV's and love them all, 32", 39", 50", 55", all LCD 1080P and also an old 50" Insignia Plasma, which is on it's last leg...no complaints!
