Just ok

This was on sale to make room for 4K items. Picture is good but the sound is terrible,, even turned up high. Purchased a sound bar which made a huge difference. I got what I paid for.

We had one to go bad and sent it in on warranty and due to the model being discontinued my local store exchanged it for the 4K model at no additional charge. That is service that I know would not come from Amazon.

It works for that. Haven't tried it with Netflix or anything else. It has a decent picture. For the price and size it serves it purpose.

Small storage.

Low price good quality

Good product , for a good price

However this purchase was a sound purchase for my business and meets all my needs. The price was competitive with all other locations in my area, and with the available Geek Squad Protection Plan I was able to meet my requirements easily.

I am having trouble with inconsistent volume.

You can hardly hear the sound when commercials come on which is ok but it is not what I paid for. I don't know if a soundbar would help but the sound should be good at all times and not be inconsistent.
