I bought this TV to use in the shop at my work and it works great. We didn't need smart functions which this TV does not have but it was a great value for what we needed.

Mybtv ia not a smart tv but we didn’t need that for this option , We also I bought a Microsoft surface 2 laptop in which you cannnot beat the quality for the price!

I watch a lot of movies and play games often. This tv is great if you don’t need a smart tv. I’ve actually had this since June 2019

We wanted a no-thrills TV for my mother-in-law, and came across this Insignia. There’s nothing fancy about it, it simply works! It’s exactly what we were looking for.

Bought this TV for the covered outdoor patio kitchen. It’s piggybacked off the den TV, do I didn’t need Smart TV or other features. Exactly what I needed for a great price!

Couldn’t have asked for a better tv for a low price. I only buy insignias and haven’t had to buy one in a while due to durability. They haven’t lost their touch.

The TV works as advertised, no bells and whistles but does what is expected at its price point. Time will tell if the set is made to last or not though, that is the real deciding factor on whether this is a best buy or not...

Not too much wrong with this! It's reliable, works well in a bright room, and does the job. I don't use the sound, but it's hard to do better for the price.

We didn’t want to pay the upcharge for a smart tv since we already had a prime stick, this tv has worked great

This is first time buying a tv from best buy and one this big at that...kinda of nervous b/c i didnt set it up yet and am praying its not defective. Wish me luck!

I love Insignia TV's, I have never had any issues with them, It's all we have in our house. We currently have three.

Can't say anything negative definitely a good buy I was a little nervous because of the brand but I was surprised that it's just as good as all of the others I would definitely recommend this to a friend

Excellent product and price/value ratio. I only added a Fire TV stick and it was ready to go. I wish it had integrated Bluetooth connectivity.

I didn't need a smart tv because most dvd players have all the smart options, which does the same. I also have a playstion 4 and xbox 1.

I love shopping at Best Buy. This television is great, and if you don't need WIFI it is still perfect. There is Audio instruction. 4K! Very Nice!

I had no problems since I turned my tv day one, but I wished the salesperson told me my tv didn't have HDR.

I purchased this TV to replace my 43” inch LG that burnt out. Not as many features but a niceTV for the price.

This TV does what you'd expect. It turns on, it has inputs. 1080p and not a smart tv, perfect for my needs.

My tv is now installed and working and I am very satisfied. I have a 32 inch in my bedroom and this 55 inch is perfect for my living room.

Spent less on the insignia, lasted longer on the covered patio than the LG did. Keep in mind the level of humidity in Florida. Not a bad option.
