i went to best buy to buy a tv, one of the better brands available being that the prices have gone down considerably including the higher ones. looking at them and figuring the distance between the feet that hold the tv on the stand ,all of the better brands whether 55' or bigger,that distance was too wide to fit on my stand,luckily only the insignia i figured to fit on my stand and i bought it, i didn't want to throw out a good stand and spend another 2 or 3 hundred dollars extra.the cherry on top of the cake i found out later was that the tv is very good. for the producers i would have a suggestion that the feet should be made adjustable,not a single one of them make them like that.

These are great additions to my video wall in my business-good quality, easy to set-up and install and good quality picture! And a n unbeatable price!

Great image. Not the last technology but good enough for watching , have apps, easy to use. So far have no problems with the TV

This is great great tv for a great price. Clear picture and easy to set up. Everything you need in a big screen without paying the outrageous price.

The first thing I noticed about this 55 inch flat screen TV was the excellent sound quality. The TV that we replaced had a thin sound, this Insignia television has rich powerful sound. The next thing we noticed was the excellent reception, we watch digital broadcast and we get far more channels with less dropouts and pixelation. the third thing I really liked about it was the full feature remote . The most surprising thing was the price, under $300 with the aftermarket 5 year warranty. Always buy the extended warranty. Always.

We needed to replace the old, failing 51" dinosaur-of-a-TV we had, so we were looking for something of a similar size. I found this 55" Insignia for an incredible price online at Best Buy. The picture is great, better than we were even hoping for. I'm still kinda surprised we found a TV this large for such a great price! We are very satisfied with our purchase.

Great TV no problems at all so far. Only problem I had was best buy. I went to the store to get it, brought it home, and realized they gave me the 50 inch instead of the 55 inch. It was the same price so I didn't even notice while checking out. The sales person wasn't very people friendly, he just wanted to upsell me a better tv. I think he was mad I didn't buy a more expensive one so he gave me the 50 inch. Anyway, took it back the same day and got the bigger one with no problem. Just wish I didn't have to drive all the way back there.

The picture on the screen is beautiful and flawless. The price for the Insignia is amazingly cheap for an absolutely top quality product.

We use tv screens as menus at work. Easy to use product has some nice features for orientation if acreen. Good image. Customers love it.

Great TV for the price, picture is great, volume could be a little louder but all in all good!

If you're looking for a large tv and not interested in the higher tech options, this tv is for you. Great bang for the buck!

I bought this 55” tv to replace a smaller size I love the larger screen. The picture is so clear and enjoyable to view. I love the sleek style and the sound is good , but I purchased a sound. I wanted theater quality sound, with my new view. It also has an audio voice when using remote. I like that too.

This is my 3rd Insignia TV and I must admit they're a great value for what they are! Decent picture, decent sound at a great price, I don't need all the bells and whistles, TV turns on and the volume goes up and down, two thumbs up! People don't forget about BestBuy's 15-day price guarantee, if the price goes down within that period take your receipt back and they'll credit you back the difference!

I spent a few weeks looking through TV choices and decided just to stop in to my local place. I only use my TV for Skyrim on xbox and tv streaming. I wanted something under $500 and with a bluetooth option. I didn't even bother seeing the demo TV model and just trusted the sales person. I am pleased! I walked out with a 55'' (had a 30''), 5 year warranty, and a bluetooth..thing I am still trying to figure out! $50 dollars under my budget :) TV screen is very clear and I like the sound it produces. I am still tweaking my personal preferences but I am very pleased and recommend to anyone looking for a BIG, reasonable tv, and good quality!

This insignia 55” tv is the perfect size for my living room. The sound is good and the picture is perfect. Its easy to install.

great tv. light enough for us to set up ourselves. picture is great both on TV mode and HD mode. Also has good speakers for both.

I bought this tv for my daughter and it is a great tv the picture quality is really good it was really easy to set up also.
