    For my needs, this is a fantastic purchase. The picture is vivid and clear. The sound is more than plenty for me. For the $271 out the door, this is an outstanding purchase, well worth it!! Hope it doesn't disappoint down the road. I am very impressed!!

    This was a phenomenal deal & the TV works wonderfully. Set it up with a Firestick and it basically becomes a smart TV w/o the extra $150 pricetag! Fantastic!

    Been a good TV. We have had over 5 years and no issues. I added better speakers because the sound could have been louder.

    Don't let it bother you that it's not a 4k TV, simply adjust the settings to what you desire. It's a great TV.

    We bought this model about three years ago and used it like most any other family would: on during the week for about fours a night, and on the weekends it would be in use for sometimes 10 hours a day. It had great picture quality and terrific sound. We loved this TV! And then five days ago, the picture crapped out. Black screen with audio is not very exciting. After viewing various "easy" self-repair videos on YouTube, I determined that it was "easier" to buy another TV. Which we haven't done yet. We just moved our 10-year old Insignia LCD 46" from the bedroom to the living room and life is proceeding. The Blue Jackets still look good in 1080i.

    Insignia brand was new to me when i purchase this LED. I must say it was good choice. Using this since last one year, no issues till date. Post that i have use many Insignia products and happy customer for this brand

    Dead after 18 months

    Purchased as gift for parents, TV was dead after 18 months. After searching online looked like a known issue with one of the components on this model. Insignia and Best Buy both basically said since it was past the 1 year warranty I was out of luck. I explained that this was gift and that I really didn't want to tell my parents that their gift was now a paperweight. I asked if there was anything they could do as far as help with fixing it or some kind of a discount on a new TV to compensate for the fact that I was sold a defective one and neither Insignia nor Best Buy offered any help. I've worked retail customer service for years and this was a really disappointing experience. Both companies could have done better. They sold me a bad TV. So I guess my advice would be if you get one of these you really need to get the extended warranty but it's the last Insignia I'll buy and I'll probably think twice about buying from Best Buy in the future too.

    Great tv and better than the 4K one

    So I bought the 4K fire stick one at first and I didn’t like it at all. Not into the 4K ultra hd one and the 4K seem little laggy and slow. I would recommend getting this tv over 4K!

    I only gave it 4 stars because the first tv I received wouldn't stay on for more than 5 seconds after being turned off. I was able to return it and get another one which seems to be working fine.

    VERY SHORT LIFESPAN

    I purchased one of these TV’s on December of ‘16. I was happy with this basic, no thrills TV. The picture and sound was good enough for someone who just wants a basic TV. The problem is after three years the back lighting failed and the TV was now trash. I expected a longer life than three years. It changed my view of Insignia. I now will not purchase ANY Insignia products. Disappointed.

    I got this today thought it was good deal at 300 boy was i wrong picture is very bad when fast movement is happening is gets blurry and when dark scene u can see its very grainy and nomatter what setting change to have 32in 720p same brand and picture is better.

    Not worth it

    Within a week of using the tv- the sound is crackling. It goes in and out and lasts days at a time. This t.v. only gets used about 4-8 hours a day and I'm shocked we are already having problems with it. This is our first and more than likely last Insignia purchase.
