It’s not the product is the Geek Squad

Then my appointment was given as far as one month and it’s for winter use. I think Geek Squad is overload of work. Now I have to return my product and find someone who can install a similar for me. I just trusted Best Buy when I purchased and even did a research first!

Good price, not good quality

However, it often struggles to turn on (screen will remain black, and occasionally flash). While turning on, often the screen will show green stripes. The screen will flash off, and back on a few times before being functional. It always works in time though.

Remote missing from BOX!

Luckily we bought two of the same TV otherwise we would not have a remote for the T.V. as it wasn't in the box when we opened it for the first time. One of the boxes had a remote and the other did not. We thought about returning the one T.V. but did not realize until the T.V. was mounted to the wall.
