Good Deal glad I got it would recommend this to a friend

We rarely use our guest room but luckily we had guests last night. The TV filled the room with the smell of burnt plastic while streaming a movie. I've had TC for 10+ years and never experienced anything like this. Horrible quality that it only lasted 2.5 years with minimum hours. AVOID Insignia BRAND.

You can not a better television for the price and size

TV worked really well but only lasted a year before the screen started going out.

I did not purchase the correct router. therefore i was unable to use.

Phoney Roku websites made setting up the account a nightmare. One website wanted $99 to debug my computer. Also, the sound fluctuated from very low to extremely loud. Geek squad came out and tried to fix but could not. They will replace the TV. Geek Squad did a good job and showed up on time.

Roku requires membership be ready to pay 100 more to activate

Ok, I've read lots of reviews on here for TV's, I'm going to keep this short as possible. I own a 65" Sharp Aquos 4k TV with HDR, and I have several Insignia TV's throughout the house including LED's and 4k's. This TV stands up to all of them, no question. I'm reading people complaining about lines, colors and other defects after x amount of time, well it happens no matter what brand you buy and what you pay, lemons exist. I'll tell you this, I've owned several Insignia products including lots of TV's, can't beat them. This TV is as sharp in clarity as my Sharp Aquos. Sound is good, don't understand the complaints. Every program is recorded at different volume levels and characteristics. The TV is HDR compliant. I have an LG soundbar and sub, sounds excellent. TV doesn't feel as cheaply made as others, looks and feels great with all the options. I have no had no issues with WI-FI connectivity and signal loss. Being a ROKU TV, the apps on your ROKU account transfer to this TV. Other TV's won't let you add or remove apps you want, this TV does. Not sure about people saying they are being made to signup and pay money, no such thing here, free ROKU account, and you're up period. Bottom line, everything is made in China these days. You are not going to be disappointed with this TV at this price point in the least. Save yourself a couple of hundred dollars here over the other brands. Almost 4.7 stars out 5 with almost 1100 reviews, that says it all. Guess, I didn't keep it that short, hope this helps as you try and decide on a TV.

Best Buy recommended sounded like a good deal. 1.5 years later of light use... black screen of death.... for the money this should not have happened. My magnavox from 1992 still works. What garbage.

Can't go ten days without issues ... Screen goes blank. Screen fills with lines. Audio has disappeared. Yes it gets fixed; but then breaks again.

I’ve bought 2 insignia brand TVs before and no problem. The picture on this one was messed up so I returned it. Still under return policy so had no issues with that part .

TV Cuts off at random times. I purchased the Geek Squad protection and now I can't get Best Buy to actually repair the TV. Terrible TV and terrible service.

Smaller than my previous tv same inches just shorter if you will, not compatible with my cable company remote control so I have to use both controls.
