Picture and sound is amazing. Set up is very simple. Be aware that the tv stands are 45" apart, so you may be shopping for a new tv stand (like we are). Our old Insignia 55" had a centered table top stand. It's a great tv so far!

Great Picture, Terrible Hard Drive Space

This TV has a great picture quality and pretty decent sound (although it is in a small room). What I dont like about it is the fact that I have to keep factory resetting it every week or two because it tells me that there isn’t enough space to open one of my streaming channels. I’m told to delete one or more of my installed channels and try again (which hasn’t opened up enough space to fix the problem, even if i delete 5-10 channels). In the age or cord cutting, I now have only 4 channels on the TV (I deleted the rest trying to make space)... Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go and Prime TV. Prime TV hasn’t even been activated since the last time I factory reset. Why do these apps that stream from the internet take up so much space that they won’t work? And why isn’t there an option to delete cookies or something similar to delete the excess data instead of removing the whole channel (which doesn’t ever free up enough space anyways)? There is an USB hookup where I think you are able to add a flash drive for more space, but if you use a Chromecast and power it through that USB, you cannot add extra storage. If you’re planning to use this as a traditional TV with a cable box, bluray/DVD player, etc., it’s a great option for you. If you use a lot of streaming services (and one would think that would be the case with Roku built in), you may find yourself disappointed or frustrated with your experience.

Very pleased with this purchase. I had purchased a 55" Toshiba and returned it. Very pleased with the picture quality and the added Roku. I haven't used the 4k features yet. Sound is good.

    Good TV for the price

I got this TV because I was looking for a family TV (I have a 46' Samsung Full HD downstairs that I use for my PS) to put in my living room so we can have a large family TV. So if you are looking for a staggering picture at a TV this size you will have to spend another $400 or more. But for a family on a budget this TV is perfect and checked all the boxes I was looking for (affordable, big screen size for a big room, 4K for the price of a 1080p 55" and good remote / menu interface). The thing that surprises me over the 4K picture is how good the Roku interface works. Every thing you need is right there an organized menu tree with everything you need right at your fingers. Again, if you are looking for the best picture possible then look elsewhere but if you are looking for a big screen size at the smallest amount of money then go out and get his TV.

I purchased this TV for my bedroom with very low expectations. Boy! was I pleasantly surprised! This television is AMAZING! In fact, I'm sorry that I didn't buy a larger one for my living room. I have a 70" Vizio and the Insignia picture is far better. After getting my Insignia and noticing the huge difference between the two televisions, I upgraded all of my HDMI cables, cable service, and streaming services on the Vizio trying to make the picture comparable. The Insignia is still far better! I am buying another one for my mom who has poor vision. I know she'll love it.

Best Buy website specs says TV is not HDR, but it actually is. Verified it on Amazon Prime video. Choose a 4K video and the HDR emblem showed up on the screen and also in the video settings. Picture is a amazing. GREAT buy for the price.

I bought this TV for a friend. Was looking to get them 4k at a reasonable price. Wound up getting them 4k at a steal. Found a sale for it at $349.00. The picture is as solid as sets costing 2X as much and even more. Of course, it is not an OLED or a Sony 940 or even 800 series, but those sets cost levels of magnitude more. This is a really nice set for a price so low that it is hard to believe. If rating on the set along it would be 4 stars. But for the money I had to go with 5. Bang for the buck counts.

The tv is pretty decent as far as sound and picture quality but after a year our tv no longer stays connected to the WiFi for longer than 20 min. Then you have to set up the connection again, passwords and all and restart the show. The tv has a good selection of apps and doesn’t seem to restrict any apps like other smart TVs do sometimes. All the major apps are available and it mounts nicely to the wall. But because of the connection issue I’m only giving 3 stars.

Really great TV, I was surpised how much I liked it, I usually don't buy stuff from best buy because of what they have become, but this is a really solid TV at a really great price, I bought on for my living room and am planning to get a 50 or 55 inch this weekend for my bedroom. Eventually, I'll get a 43 inch for my garage and another 43 or 50 for my bar.

I've had this TV for over a month and have enjoyed it a lot. No issues. My main concern was the brand and not knowing what manufacturer is behind this TV, so I did get the 5-year warranty from BB, although I do realize that people are having problems with known brands that break down almost by design right after the original warranty expires. My only gripe is the limited functionality of the remote although it is really simple to operate. As a disclaimer, I'd say that we use the TV mostly for movies and youtube streaming through a Samsung Blue Ray player and my issues so far have come from the interconnection player-TV although most likely ALL ISSUES were generate by the player. I'd give this TV 4 1/2 stars but it is not possible. Definitively recommend it.

Having this t.v. for 3 weeks plus allows me enough time to see some of the pros and cons so, down to the nut cutting.....Not your top of the line t.v. but it is above average as far as picture clarity, functions and features. The remote is small and feels awkward in you hands, taking the good with the bad, however the most annoying "THING" the Volume Control of Lack Of. This may be the deal breaker if there is no remedy. Will a sound-bar take care of this issue......(Hence the question marks). Now to the important question," Would I recommend this product" , yes but with reservation. I hope this review will help you as you do your homework.

The picture is great, but it is limited in some areas. The remote is small and you have to scan thru all the channels to get to the one you want. Unable to edit the stations and put in info. for any channel that does not provide a signal of what station it is. Sound is annoying, it is low than high having to adjust it more often than I would hope to.

The picture is absolutely beautiful, and I love the Roku hub and remote. The problem is that the TV seems to get clogged and needs to reboot to clear the cache. It will actually get frozen if you don't catch it in time. I think in this day and age of technology, it should clear itself. IMO

My Vizio LED died after 3 years, so was not wanting to spend a ton of money. This is perfect and better quality, the remote is nicer and the menus much better. Picture is just great as stated on the other reviews here. The dual legged stand is much more sturdy than the mono-pod on my Vizio.

I am impressed with the picture, and all the functions built into this TV. I bought it to be able to show a slideshow at a gathering, and I assumed I would have to connect a computer. Well, one of the built in functions is a Slideshow from a USB drive! This was a great purchase.
