This is a good middle of the road television. The picture is good and the sound is great. The set up is easy but could not get it to recognize my Dish Network remote. Could be it was too new to have a dedicated code (?)...

This TV has a great picture, and easy to use Apps. The sound quality is pretty good, but worth getting a soundbar for theater quality. The biggest flaw is that it sometimes freezes up, and restarts itself. I have yet to figure out why it does this, but it isn't frequent enough for me to worry too much about it either.

This was a great investment. This tv is not made by a high end company; however, it does the same things as one. We also have a 55 inch Samsung smart tv and this one is comparable. I love the ROKU feature since we are not cable customers.

Phenominal tv for the money! This Insignia is manufactured by Sharp if I'm not mistaken, so the quality is decent too. Beautiful picture & Roku is easy to navigate. Only wish it had a standard remote w/the normal "TV" functions on it

We've only owned the tv for about a month but the picture is good and it was very easy to set up. Some reviews had mentioned a problem with the speakers but we haven't had an issue with sound or volume. Overall a great tv for the price!

This tv is amazing. The picture is so clear and vivid. Set up is super easy and quick. Streaming is great no lag (wireless), router is located in a different area of the house.

We recently bought Insignia 55 " Smart Roku T.V for the hall in our apartment. as our old T.V suddenly stopped working . Initially we thought that it would be too big for our hall,but it actually is perfect for it. The television is really great.The picture and the sound clarity is superb!!!! On the first day we watched our favorite movie "ANT MAN" once again on it . We felt as if we were sitting in the theater and watching it again. We are really enjoying all kind of movies repeatedly which we watched them at the theater . My kids really enjoy watching educational videos on the you tube.on the smart T.V The sound and picture clarity is really great.. Finally I would recommend Insignia smart T.V is excellent for its price.I would surely recommend to any of my friends.

I use this mostly with the smart TV features for streaming from Netflix, Hulu, and others. It is easy to use with the simple remote control. Picture is great. No issues with it.

always bought Insignia TVs. Last one I purchased lasted 14 years... And actually it still works ...just wanted a bigger screen! Highly recommend! Will be purchasing yet another one for the bedroom. The ROKU feature is great!

Definately pleased with this purchase. We have had this tv for over a year now and no complaints. Picture is bright and crisp and the setup was easy. Sound from the tv is better than expected from a budget tv.

This tv has been a very good tv it has a great picture,size is good easy to operate lots of options easy to set up several remotes work with it my dogs even like to watch it because it has such a large screen

I bought the 55" Insignia as an upgrade to an older 39" Insignia - the new one has 4K, Roku, and was easy to set up - plus it cost less than the 39" did 5 years ago. Great help from the tech rep and a lot of useful information.

i love my television even tho it was a floor item but i was told that it came with the stand and remote but it didnt have either i havent had time to go back to the store other then that i buy all my electronics from bestbuy this is the first time i felt differently due to one of your associates

First off, it has a great picture which is the most important factor. I appreciate the Roku.Toggling back & forth between Roku and Satellite works seamlessly. For the price I have no complaints. I'm happy with my purchase.

I got this item as an open box works perfect 4k looks great bought it for my office. I didnt want to spend the same as i did for the samsung in my living room and im glad i didnt becuase for the price the quality is amazing

I purchased this 4K TV as a christmas gift for my girlfriend. She had an older model 50 inch Samsung Plasma that it replaced. To make this simple I will break it down to positives and negatives. Positives: 1- Extremely bright and colorful screen. Almost HDR level. 2- Excellent image when streaming 4K videos through on Youtube. 3- Very easy to use Roku controller and on-screen interface. 4- I enjoyed the motion-smoothing though others may not. I really think this is one issue that set this unit apart from a similarly priced/sized 4K tv that I have from a different manufacturer. It gives a truly surreal effect. 5. Of course the price is affordable. ;-) Negatives: 1. My only negative is the way the TV interprets non 4K content. It is not as sharp as my other 4K tv with non-4K signals. This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars.

The insignia 55 inch flat screen is a nice size for most rooms and has smart TV technology to go along with it. at 4000K it is a nice picture better than the old 720 pixel tx. Worth the money without going overboard

I was looking for an affordable 4K TV and found it. The picture is amazing, and the TV was very easy to set up and start using. I don't have cable and use this to stream Netflix, Amazon etc. Very happy with this purchase.

Bought 2 of these with built in Roku 16 months ago and very pleased. It took awhile to get used to the combo remote which works both the Roku and TV features, but no big deal. Incredible quality great price

We have been so happy with the Insignia brand from Best Buy we decided to try this TV. We've had the TV for over a year and have had no problems, the picture is great and it's so easy to use.
