Amazing quality

I made the jump from a standard definition box to this one, after considering a Samsung. I am impressed! Granted, it doesn't have HDR, but, the upscaling is fantastic, and 4k content looks awesome. I recommend this tv to anyone looking for quality on a budget!!

Excellent Value for Money

The TV is always on whenever I am home. I couldn't think of buying another brand when I had such good luck with my prior TV. Best Buy installation was onetime, efficient and friendly.

This TV comes Roku ready so I didn't have to make an additional purchase. I am very, very pleased with it.

Right in the middle of the show I'm watching the TV to disconnect itself from Network. I have to unplug the cable turn off the TV and wait for a while before the TV can detect any network. This is a major flaw. Grayish dispkay areas on the screen in dark scenes. You get what you pay for this is not true LED smart TV. I guess you will have to pay a thousand plus dollars for a TV with decent picture. The remote is pretty basic I use my smartphone to type on the screen in the search bar. This is a very first time I experienced a problem with LG products. I bought many algae products before without any problem. I own varieties of products from LG search at the LG G2 G3 G6 LG refrigerator microwave all work marvelously. I will try to exchange the TV tomorrow and if the problem is still persist I don't know what to do
