Stock remote has no channel numbers. TV won't accept direct entry of channel number from a universal remote. Need to either scroll or have a cable box or Direct TV box which accept channel number entry.

this tv met all of our expectations. We were able to get it during a sale for a fraction of the cost of some of the bigger brands and stacked up well performance wise.

So far I’m enjoying the tv! If you are not use to a Roku tv, it does take some time to adjust to but actually nice only having one remote to run the tv and the roku.

This tv isn't my favorite tv, since I'm an advanced user. It's more basic for beginners and offers other services that a regular roku would. The picture quality is pretty good otherwise.

Good Color and screen clarity, good value when compared with our sets with same features, only issue is the need to buy a sound bar to hear the programs being displayed.

so far the TV is working good and I like it,but be careful about the dead pixels,you could have some and you have to stare on the TV while you have white scenes

We love the Television, clarity is great, good sound, Like being in a movie theater, I fell asleep just like in the theater

It’s got some color issues and sometimes looks washed out. For the price it’s ok but not much better than a 1080p TV honestly. Save your money for a better brand. The Roku feature is very good.

We love the Insignia Best Buy brand.....We purchased one about nine years ago and it still look new....that why we decided to go back with the same brand....

I have never had a Roku enabled TV. I love the interface and ability to go between other media. The recent update to show antenna TV schedule was a great move!!

Purchased for my 80+ grand dad who just had to have a 55 inch roku smart tv. He hasn’t had any complaints yet and he’s had it over a year now.

My husband and I are very pleased with this TV. Not knowing how an Insignia would be or look I am very happy we chosed this one. You will not be disappointed.

Bought this on sale, installed outside by fire pit. Love the Roku OS! Made it through heat of summer and a few freezes already - So far no issues!

I've had this TV for 3 months and so far it has worked great! I plug in a PS4 pro to it and even though it's a 60Hz Tv it doesn't affect the gaming at all.

not magnificient, but i have only used on Antenna setting and HDMI with input from netflix on my phone. have not seen quality when used with a HD digital cable receiver, but for the price on this size tv, its great for my home.

I own several Best Buy Insignia brand TVs and they all have been extremely reliable! A great value for the price! I would recommend Insignia to my family and friends. This 55" was a gift for my son and his fiancé, a great starter TV

it is worth buying it, with the offers that Best buy gives, it is much better it has very good graphics for movies and games and the audio is acceptable
