I bought this one for my bedroom i like the roku integration which is simple and easy to use, plus the 4k is good quality for the price you pay

Overall it’s a great TV for the price but thus TV broke after 2 days. Took it back to Best Buy and exchanged it for a new one and we have had no problems with the TV so far!

Size is good, picture color is good, but the sound is horrible. You have to turn it up to 50 or more to hear the voices good. Still haven’t decided if I will keep or return.

Roku is such an easy interface, and PERFECT for Spectrum customers! Wifi connects with the Spectrum app and we have ALL channels in our basement!

Clear, Excellent Audio, Cheap and very light. No complains at all. Colors are so ridiculously clear.

With a built in roku and paired roku remote this TV was perfect for my transition away from cable to a steaming experience... Highly Recommended

The tv is great. It’s perfect for the family room, and we got the 55 inch for the same price as the 50 because of the holiday weekend sale.

Bought this as a gift to myself and have been very happy with it. Would recommend to check controller to see if it is not broken first

Once I told the salesman what I wanted he led me to this product and I am very pleased. He understood what I was telling him and was so helpful.

The only problem with this TV is trying to find a stand large enough to hold it! I would recommend mounting it. Otherwise great.

Bought it on open box but there was nothing wrong with it except the previous buyer didn’t like the features. Great buy for a great price.

Roku television has great resolution giving a great picture. Speakers, though! I will need to buy a sound bar as tv speakers have limited volume over time. Took about 5 months for volume to decrease.

I am an iMac person and this computer replaces a 10yr old iMac. The new one is great and fast and all my info transferred without a hitch.

We purchased this TV in May 2018, so just a few months shy of 2 years ago. We really loved it, it was easy to use, great display, etc., but on 02/16/20 the TV made a loud popping noise and the screen went black but the sound was still working. A few seconds later, smoke started to come out from behind the TV and we unplugged it immediately. The TV was plugged into a surge protector and no other items in our apartment flickered or turned off. I called Best Buy Customer Service and I was told that we were out of the 1 year warranty (which I understand) and I did not purchase an extended one. I was told by the manager that this was caused by a power surge (I really doubt that) and that he's seen this MULTIPLE TIMES before. Even if this did fall in the warranty or I had purchased the extended warranty, they DO NOT cover power surges. I was told there's nothing we could do but that they'd be happy to give us 10% off an open boxed TV they have in store. No thank you, this is a Best Buy brand and not only are they unable to back up their own products, but this seems to be a known issue. We are just glad we were home at the time, because this would have caught on fire had we not unplugged it when we did.

Knowing what I know about picture quality, I would have made a better choice in this purchase.

I purchased this with a 94 year old senior in mind. He is not a techie and has been able to get around the options with this smart tv.

You get what you pay for, but this time is more than that.... forget about the bad reviews & look for the economy on your wallet
