I love my new smart TV. I can even talk commands into the remote. It was easy to set up and use. The color is crisp and the picture is clear. Great buy for the money!

I've owned this TV for over a year and i am very happy with this purchase. I am not super picky about picture quality but this TV has really great 4k Quality. I think the picture and video quality are perfect. The sound/speakers on the TV are not the greatest. I think this is the norm on all TV's to get you to buy their soundbars and stuff. Overall a great TV though. The Fire TV is great because it links your Netflix, Hulu and Prime all in one. However, they still have not brought Apple TV to it yet which kind of sucks since i have Apple devices. I would recommend this TV.

I hadn't bought a tv in about 5-6 and was floored at how much cheaper they now are! I mean I last paid over $700 for a Plasma that wasn't even 50 inches! So to have this be 55 and its well under $400 is a dream! Pros: -Awesome picture -Smart TV -Easy to Use -Easy to add Apps Cons -Some Apps consistently freeze -Several of the free apps seem to have never worked or had any intention on working -Spectrum Cable App is not Compatible =-( <------ Huge drawback as I wanted to be able to stream live tv.

This TV can do it all. My children love it for the games and I love it because it has everything I love all in one. I would recommend it.

This TV is great easy to use and also easy to put on the wall. The picture is beautiful and clear no matter where you sit. Incredibly easy to set up! I love it!

Good picture! Remote without numbers takes a while to get use to but overall large screen, good picture and excellent price. I have bought this TV twice!

Too excited to get this one!!! When I tried to stream 4k content there was significant delay between audio and video, disappointed at first.. I dont have a heart to return. Googled about the delay and turned off 'lip sync' and Dolby atmos features based on experts advice. It worked yahooo!!! crystal clear picture and crisp sound. Even I checked the quality with samsung N6900 unable to find any differences. Only drawback....they could have removed lip sync feature..I don't know how it passed the testing

Bought this TV for the spot above my fireplace. Easy setup and picture looks great. I also like the apps that are available through the smart functions.

Still a decent tv in 2024, had it since 2018 and still going strong

The picture quality is great. The easy of using. Built in Alexa means I don’t have to search for things. It’s just a great tv. Amazon fire is built in

1st. The Pictures is amazing for the price. I purchased for $249. 2nd. Initial setup is a breeze. Which leads me to the only real complaint. When you turn on the TV it defaults to the Amazon home screen. From there you can select the input you want. IE cable or other device. There is a setting that brings it to last input used. It doesn't work. So if you have cable and you turn on the Tv or won't turn on to the cable box. You have to select input for it every time. Minor complaint.

This is my first Smart TV. I didn't think i needed one, and I still think I don't, however it's really nice to have all the added functionality. It's super easy to switch between streaming services and live tv as well as other inputs. It has alexa, which I don't use that much, but again, it's cool to have. I got this on sale and it is well worth the regular price, never mind the lower one I paid. I have zero complaints, this is a great TV

Bought this to replace an older 55 inch Samsung that was giving problems. Although the same size screen, the tv is smaller physically. Setup was easy and had it all setup in just a few minutes. Downloaded apps and was good to go. My dmi cables worked just fine so no need to upgrade. The Samsung was quite expensive when we bought it a few years ago. Was surprised at how comparable this picture is to the old one at 20% the cost. Don’t watch that much tv anymore but this will do very well when used. Very pleased with quality, price, and ease of operation.

Ive had an insignia tv for 8 years and I wanted a smart tv, so I had to buy this one. Great picture, great price. Good quality tv overall!

We are slowly integrating to a smart home and when we were looking for a new TV to place in the dining room we wanted a TV that would be able to be voice controlled preferably through Alexa. We found this Insignia TV for a great price especially for a 55". The Insignia brand has worked well for us in the past so we gave it a shot since it was as a fire tv as well. It is a learning curve with voice commands, but we are able to control the tv mainly with our voice. Quality of picture is really nice too for movies and video games.

This TV looks and sounds great. The TV tuner is more powerful than my previous TV and my SD channels look much better. Love the app buttons. I don't really use the voice control. There have been a couple of times where the netflix app will not start but after rebooting it works again. Amazon doesn't have an agreement with youtube so there is no youtube app but you can get FireFox so it's not a dealbreaker. Overall picture quality is fantastic. I thought that the 60Hz would bother me because my old TV was 120Hz but I can't notice a difference.

An excellent TV at an excellent price. Set-up is a snap and took me all of 10 minutes to have it up and running. A lot of features readily available

I purchased this TV for the bedroom. It was a fairly easy setup. It defaults to the Fire TV when you turn it on but it is easily switched to the regular TV mode for the cable box. It pick up the Wi-Fi signal extremely well. I did not have to purchase a booster even though the router is upstairs in my home office. Great value and quality on this Insignia TV. I would definitely recommend it for anyone who wants quality at a great price.

I bought this TV when my housemates moved out and decided to also take our communal TV. I was really just in the market for a nice, simple, user friendly smart TV. I came in to the store during the Black Friday in July sale, so I got this fairly cheap. It works great! You can download a lot of different streaming apps (Netflix, Hulu, HBO, Prime, etc). The picture and sound is great. Not too big nor too small. I'd highly recommend this TV if you're looking for something to get the most bang for your buck.

We upgraded to 4K and could not believe the difference. We are a stream only household and this is an ideal TV for that. The picture is so detailed and sharp. We did adjust the settings away from the default to eliminate the "soap opera" effect. The upscaling made everything almost too bright and crisp. One setting change and we are good. Love the Fire TV. Have had Roku units in previous sets. I feel like the Fire TV interface is faster and more intuitive than the Roku. All in all excellent value once again from Insignia.
