    Good for the price but the picture quality is not that great. I thought it was 4K but it doesn't appear to be. Some channels are clear others are not.

    I got it for gaming and every time you turn it on u have to turn off the gaming mode and turn it back on to get all of the edge items on the screen

    This was a clearance purchase, I am very happy with it. I am set to look for more clearance items to compliment my Livingroom!!!

    missing screws for stands, The box only showed that the cord was missing but not screws and the feet also do not fit

    We have 4 TVs - all different brands and sizes, and we have never seen such poor video quality. The colors are vibrant and the sound is good, but when there is any movement you will see drag, jerky movement, and shadows. Sadly, we are returning this 55" TV immediately even though it is the only TV around that isn't a SMART TV.

    First one I bought went black in 3 1/2 years., Second one was black first moment it was turned on. Bought a third(stupid move, but it's not a smart TV I like that)

    Sports picture sharpness is not as good as I’d like. Some channels had issues with audio to video sync

    I should have asked more questions, It does not have all the Netflex, Hulu etc.

    I purchased this tv in February 15,2020. It was a good product until July 12,2022 when it had a black scream and faint sound going in and out but wouldn't turn off unless you unplug it. Contacted geek squad about situation but not willing to help. I didn't buy a tv to last for less than 2.6 years. It being a high in product you would expect it to last longer even with the extended warranty which I didn't buy but regardless of that it should have lasted longer than 2.5 years. I don't want to buy a tv every 2 or so years even though I like it. Very Disappointed with this product.

    Insignia - A Questionable Brand

    Purchased this TV in November 2019 (along with a Geek Squad Protection Plan - thank goodness). In May of 2021, a year and a half later, coincidentally, 6 months after the original manufacturer's warranty ran out, this TV completely failed. The red light that is on the front of the TV that stays lit when the TV is turned off, went black. Tried different outlets--nothing. Left unplugged for 24 hours and replugged--nothing. Just a dud. Had to redeem my Protection Plan for a replacement since this TV is no longer made. The replacement was the Insignia™ 55" Class F30 Series LED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, SKU# 6450247. My review of that TV is posted here, too, under the display name InsigniaReviewer.

    We had to return it because the screen had a green line down the middle of it when we watched tv.

    I hav always bought insignia products i hav a lot of them around my home my family likes best buy a lot so on this particular day my brother and i went 2 the Rochester Michigan location 4 a new TV and this tv was 4 my brother and the person who helped us was rude and when i checked out he put my money on the counter instead of my hand if i didn't want that tv 4 my brother i would hav gave it back in his face.

    bpught this tv but returned it yea its 4k but doesnt have hdr thats a deal breaker

    Turned tv on picture kept rolling started making snapping sounds and smelt like something was burning. Unplugged immediately. And returned.
