Should've went with Samsung. Rather stream prime on my PS5 than the TV itself. Sound is so bad, you have to buy a sound system

Was so excited for this TV. Unfortunately came broken with one single black dot in the middle of the tv. Also not much difference from the standard LED.

I will be returning this television. The screen jumps flashing. It was offered for a good price but very poor quality

Poor quality. Did not work straight out of the box. Returned and bought a samsung. Turned on went through the set up and screen turned white and stayed white.

Very nice TV. Color is excellent. Super light weight! It was very easy to mount on an existing wall mount. Considering the sale price, less a store credit, my out of pocket cost was very little. So, with that in mind, I'm very pleased with the TV. The reason I give it four stars is that it is not top of the line. The brightness is impossible to adjust much without reducing the picture quality. Also, the sound is okay, but not excellent. However, for the price, I feel like it's a very good deal and I would buy it again. (BTW, I have never had trouble with any Insignia products.)

The picture is amazing. The tv is very light and was easy to mount. The controls are intuitive (but I mostly use the voice commands)

The Insignia 55" QF Series QLED feels like one of those hidden gems you stumble on and think, “How is this not way more expensive?” The picture quality is the first thing that hits you the colors pop, the brightness is solid, and 4K movies look crisp and clean. Even older HD content gets a nice upgrade thanks to the QLED panel. What surprised me the most is how smooth and responsive the Fire TV interface is. No lag, no freezing, just quick navigation and instant access to apps. Alexa integration is a bonus I’ve been using voice commands way more than I expected, especially for switching inputs or pulling up YouTube. Sound is decent for a slim TV, and with a soundbar it becomes a full theater vibe. Build quality also feels much more premium than the price tag suggests. Great TV! I am always leaning towards Samsung or Sony TVs, but now I wanted something different for my room. I love that this has Fire TV integrated so I can use it with Alexa and other smart home devices. The image quality is awesome, it’s lightweight and it has a lot of different ports to connect anything you need. Sound is okay, but I got a soundbar just in case.

Lower price, very good quality, sharp picture. Very easy to set up, basically plug & play, remote works as it should. Really a very good TV for the price. I'm very happy

The image is great, the sound is good for small places, but if you are installing in a big open room it will be better to have a speaker/sound system. The only thing is, sometimes it's a bit slow changing through apps.

We are very happy with this purchase. Easy mounting on the wall. This tv is much lighter than our old one. Easy set up. Excellent, crisp picture. The sound is so much better than our old tv, easier to hear. Highly recommend.

Insignia™ 55" Class QF Series QLED 4K UHD Smart Fire TV — Solid Picture, Some Annoying Gaps Overall, the picture quality on this TV is great—bright colors, sharp detail, and a strong 4K image that looks much more expensive than the actual price. For everyday streaming, movies, and sports, the display really delivers. Where it falls short is in some of the usability details. One frustration is switching between inputs: there’s no simple way to return to the previous TV input without being kicked back to the Fire TV home screen. After that, you have to re-open whatever app you were using before you changed inputs. It turns what should be a one-click action into a whole navigation routine. Audio is another area that’s just average. It’s usable and clear enough, but nothing special—most people will probably want a soundbar to get fuller sound or better dialogue. Bottom line: great picture for the money, but the interface quirks and basic sound keep it from being an all-around standout. Still a good value with a little patience (and maybe a soundbar).

Easy to set up, beautiful picture. I wish more apps were downloaded but it wasn't hard to find or initialize them. Great option at a low price point!
