I wanted to really like this but it never ever runs for more than 20 minutes without tripping a breaker or tripping my surge protector. Looks nice but just doesn't work reliably. This is rated for 13 amps, my breakers are 15 and 20 and still trip. I am guessing this is incorrectly labeled as far as power consumption and I can't return this because I waited too long to get it set up. Really dissapointed in this, I have an offbrand unit that works just fine with similar specs.

This unit would not cool my very small living room in addition to being a very cumbersome item.

I feel like living with Tasmanian devil. So noisy . There is no way to live with it . Not recommend...

Does not cool the size room down like it says never reaches the temp u set to shut off just stays running

I had returned this item a week later. The exhaust keeps the room hotter than what the air conditioner can cool.

Worked great at first but there must’ve been a crack in the water reservoir so it never warmed me when to empty it out. Which lead to water building up and eventually spilled all over my floor of my house. Wish it was easier to empty out as well since no house is included.

Have relatives coming for one week to stay in that new room. It will be embarrassing to use that A/C due to noise emitting from the portable A/C. Big mistake!

Stink, stank, stunk. would like to return it. it vents out window. does not work as well as it should..I paid way to much for this product.

Unit did not come with one of the most important pieces (window seal plate) after waiting 2 weeks to receive it. Very nice 70 pound paper weight though

I have had this for over a year, our smaller unit cools better then this one. And cheaper.

Discontinued model came with no exahust hose and window fixture. I had to return this model

I have this unit in my 14x20 master bedroom and it works great at keeping the room nice and cold. I’ve been using it for over a month now and no issues so far.

Just love it. Great product. Works better than my house AC. The best, powerful. Just great

Bought today. Cooling good, easy install. But very noisy.

I was so disappointed, I wish I could get my money back and on top of everything I bought( 2 )of them. These AC's are very Bulky and extremely heavy, in addition they could not cool down my bedrooms which are pretty small. (small meaning 2 dressers and a queen size bed can fit only ) In the summer heat they left me with a huge light bill and not a cool home. Get something else worth the money with more power

I bought this in hopes that it would cool my main living area of my apartment. I let it run for an entire day (24 hours) in my 300 sq ft living space and the temperature of the room never got below 78 degrees. The AC was constantly running and just blowing semi - cool air. I read previous reviews and saw a ton of positive feedback which is why I went ahead and purchased this unit. I would use caution before buying this and DO your research. Not worth the money. Unfortunately I cant return this as the packaging is all gone so I have put it in my spare bedroom and it works for guests staying over night. I went ahead and purchased a window unit - we will see if this works better.

It worked great until it didn’t. I maybe used it 20 times before it started blowing hot air. I took great care of it and cleaned it regularly.

Portable A/C units require a place to exhaust the hot air that must be external to the area being cooled, usually through a cracked window. Since they are blowing air out of the house, that air must be replaced and it drawn into the house from the outdoors wherever there are openings (fan vents, etc.) The outside air is of course hot and causes the temperature to rise where the 'replacement' air is coming in. Investing in a 'split system' type cooler is far better then what can be achieved with a portable.

Total trash. The unit broke after one year of light use. This is completely unsurprising as it's best buy and one of their garbage products. Do not buy this unit under any circumstance.
