This thing cools very good, but it is just way too loud even on the lowest setting for a bedroom. It would be good for a living room during the day though.

I have been using this past two years without any issues. Wheels are helpful to move around and won't make much noise.. worth for the cost...

Love this air conditioner, we have a huge home and weird layout in our house and somehow this machine pushes air like you wouldn’t believe! Worth every penny!

I was very excited about purchasing this AC for my master bedroom, but unfortunately I could have it on 24/7 and It never actually got cold like it would with a window ac. It would only get cold around 2 AM when it’s already cool outside.

Everything it has works well. Does not have an automatic temperature setting which is only reason for 4 stars. But I forgot to check beforehand.

I really like this, now with Covid, I had this in the room I WfH (Work from Home) in during the hot summer months.

My money is tight. I thought I would save a couple of dollars with this unit vs. a name brand window unit. I've felt like a fool the entire summer because of this purchase. It leaks. You can feel hot air blowing out from all over the top of the unit. Their is no insulation or good connection in the plastic housing over the exhaust. This results in a good 10% of the heat re-entering the room rather than being vented outside. Hot air would just make it inefficient. It also leaks water in normal operation. The instructions say use a drain hose and bucket on dry mode. You better set one up for cool mode too. If it has any kind of cutoff for the drip pan overflowing, mine is defective. Several times it overflowed everywhere. I installed a drain hose and manually emptied the bucket. Then the water started finding a way to channel off the condensing coils in a way that avoided the drip pan all together. Every few days I would power the unit off and tilt it over to drain the base (which is not designed to hold water). I figured it was fine since there wasn't any wiring down there. Today I finally had to power it off and I'm afraid to power it back on. I could hear water being sloshed around the inside of the blower motor. AC motors usually consist of coils of bare copper, and having water sloshing all over them isn't good. I turned it over on its side and indeed water drained from the blower motor. Spend $100 more on something else. I've got a frigidaire portable I've had for 3 years with none of these issues. Looking at a teardown online this thing is a hodgepodge of poor design decisions and utter lack of insulation where it matters (one tiny polystyrene block) Good luck to anyone who gets fooled when they change the SKU next year to hide the negative reviews.

Returned this. Just wasn't cold enough. It was simple enough to use, but it did not cool down as expected.

You have to be right in front of unit to feel it... A window unit is a 100 times better... plus these portable units give off a lot of heat. Just get the window unit!!!

No problems and meeting my expectations Delivery was prompt. Set-up was no problem.

It works as long as I’m sitting directly in front but does not get my 300sfliving room cool. Plus it’s really loud.

Capacity was compatible to requirements for my medium sized office.
