Disappointed 2nd time.
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is the second TV I have purchased from Best Buy with the same problem. A large multicolored vertical line that I am told is a pixel problem. First TV lasted 8 months. I put up with this problem finally threw it in a county landfill. Tried again. This TV lasted 6 months before the same problem. It has a factory warranty and i purchased a two year geek squad plan. Why do I have to accept a patched up expensive TV when I have all of these warrantees. Retired and 75 years old. I expected better service and products from BestBuy.

Not a Great First Impression
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased this TV and for no reason whatsoever the color became distorted out of nowhere. The first 2 days I used it it was working perfectly fine, then on the 3rd day randomly after a half hour of it being on it got ugly… I spent a half hour of my Saturday trying to get it fixed with the help of Insignia’s customer service line, but even after everything we tried and a factory reset it still wasn’t able to fix itself. Luckily Best Buy offers you 15 days to return/replace the TV, so I did so. I’m hoping I just picked a bad TV and the replacement works out.

DONT NOT BUY
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bottom half of the TV randomly started lagging out a little after a year & then not it’s just constantly blacked out while the top half is fine. DONT NOT BUY if you do make sure to get the warranty. The TV was only used to game on & randomly the defect started happening.

Terrible for sports watching
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Probably the WORST tv I ever purchased. I am a Samsung guy, Currently with 4 TVs at home, but decided to add an extra one to my home office. Decided to go with insignia because it was a good price but the quality of the picture when it comes to sports is TERRIBLE. Extremely skippy. It’s impossible to enjoy a match or game with this tv

Sold a broken TV screen. Horrible
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Best Buy either sold me a broken tv or the mover damaged it and I am not happy at all with my purchase. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift for my grandmother now we can't surprise her with a Christmas gift. I need my money back or a new TV. Thank you.

||Posted . Owned for 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Don’t buy it. Going to return it because it blocks you from downloading any apps including Netflix, Disney plus, anything. We searched countless ways of how to try to make it work but i give up.

Early Black Friday big TV deal!
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Insignia has been great ever since they started. Unlike most store brands that I'll tell you to avoid Insignia is made by other companies and so the quality is there and many older ones are still around, so there's peace of mind knowing that this is likely to be in the same category there. Obviously they can't all be perfect being mass produced. So I'll focus on this. Refer to Best Buy's site for specs if interested. I'm not into the little Firestick remote with this, but that's really my only complaint and it's a minor one. I will suggest that if you get this to at least try the natural picture setting, just comes across better than the default standard picture setting. Sound is ok, not great, but totally passable. If using a soundbar you probably won't care, but don't expect too much from what's built-in. While adequate just know you'll probably need them about a third of the way up to properly enjoy your shows. Smart TV's aren't my thing, meaning I don't use smart features, so see other reviews if interested in that aspect of this TV. The price is the big selling point. A regularly $580 TV is hard to justify being a store brand, even a good store brand. However the early Black Friday deal at only $350 fixes that nicely. That it's everything I've come to expect from Insignia's line of TV's is just the icing on the cake. Definitely recommend if you're in the market for a good, well above average TV at a great price this Black Friday season.

Insignia 58 inch 4k tv.
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The Insignia 58 inch 4K tv is a great tv. The color is excellent as well as the speakers. The HD is very good but the 4K is exceptional. The tv is simple to set up and the remote is very easy to use. I highly recommend this tv. You certainly can't beat the price.

Insignia 58" was a Game Changer for Me
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have recently purchased the Insignia 58" Class F30 Smart Fire TV. I am constantly amazed at what I got for the money on this TV. The quality of the picture, colors, clarity, and sound is The Best. The ease of going from TV to Fire TV with all those apps is a bonus to say the least. Because it's a 58", it makes the screen taller which turns it into "Theater Style". I just Love it! My plan was to purchase the 55" but when I saw the 58" for just a few dollars more, it was a game changer for me. The two Geek Guys who delivered, set up, and took their time to answer all my questions made the experience too easy. Thank you Best Buy for always having the Best Products, Best Prices, Best Service and Best Geek Guys.

Great bang for your buck!
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv must be one of the best values in the market, under $300, 58 inches, 4K, and incredibly smart (no lag so far on all the apps). Additionally, it is one of the brightest leds at this price point. If you’re on a budget, or want to add that extra tv in a bright room, this is the tv for you. Make sure you measure your mount properly since the back mounts are rather low but efficient. Match it up with a good sound bar and your all set.

Big TV for a little price!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. How can you beat a 58" 4K TV for $399? The 4k works, the screen is large and beautiful and makes a great addition to the living room. I upgraded from a 50" Sony smart TV and the size makes a big difference. The build quality on the Insignia is noticeable lower but it works and looks good hanging on the wall. The TV has plenty of connections which work great, and the HDMI ARC connection works great with my sound system. This is an Amazon Fire tv. I have a number of Fire sticks so I'm not new to the system, but it did have a couple of hiccups at first when connecting and keeping the connection to wi-fi. This did fix itself over time and I have not had much problem. I also love how it incorporates over the air broadcasts. I attached an antenna, and I don't have to switch out to another source to use it. I can access the antenna through the Fire TV interface. I have no cable connected to this TV and don't miss it at all! It's not perfect and I certainly hope it will last but it was definitely worth taking the chance for the price. I recommend it.

Great Value Insignia TV
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Overall great value and quality for the Black Friday price if $349. Easy set up. Picture quality very good. Sound is more than adequate. Remote control is ok but seemed to drain alkaline batteries in less than 2 weeks. I wonder if other users had the same battery draining issue? Will test with another set of branded alkaline batteries to see if issue persists. The remote control caused me to give a 4 star rating.

Reliable and good value for the quality.
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Reliable, good image quality, sound is decent and meets my needs. Once you understand and get use to the OS, is pretty easy to use. The only issue I had found, is in some occasions, a restart is required due to freeze image or audio, but is not a thing that happens regularly. Overall, a good value, reliable and non expensive option for a 4K TV.

A Must Buy from Best Buy
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Went into the store looking for a fridge and my fiance stumbled across a great deal on this TV. We'd just moved and we're in need of 2 new TV's to furnish rooms in our place. I learned that Insignia is actually the Best Buy store brand. Great TV! Crisp, clear, and bright picture. I even love the auto off function it has when we fall asleep with the TV on. This is great because unlike our Samsung which just goes into sleep mode but leaves the TV powered on, the Insignia actually powers off completely. Loved that it's a newer generation smart TV, so no need to plug my fire stick into it. Also a plus was the setup because upon signing into my account I was just able to automatically copy over all our favorite apps with just one click! Couldn't be happier.
