We always have so much trouble with tv's and remotes but this one works flawlessly. This is the 2nd tv we've bought of this brand because its so good!(we just needed a 2nd one. The first one is STILL working flawlessly. )

I could download all my apps with no issue. If you have Alexa it is compatible and you could use all the Alexa commands with this Tv. Easy installation and set up, I am very pleased with my purchase.

It isn’t a super thin television, and seems pretty solid. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I never do. Unless for some strange reason.. I think it is extremely exceptional or in an extremely good mood. It is not a complicated television.

It failed after 18 months. This led me to the Best Buy brand for the pricing value and previous reviews. I have to agree with the reviews. This is well worth the money. Even though I don't use this purchase as a regular TV, I use it as an office monitor (diagrams-multiply documents).
