I bit and got this for my sun room and the sound is perfect. I can only assume the poor reviews came from using in a large space. This TV replaced an older version of the insignia to bring it up to date and utilize newer SMART features

Otherwise I recommend!

Wonder picture quality…remote easy to use…Only thing it doesn’t do is pre-channel…still very pleased..
