Slow remote response

I get so frustrated with how slow and glitchy it is that I often just give up channel surfing and stare at my phone instead.

Very important and for only $10 more...also love the voice command and all the pre loaded apps, so easy on the remote...overall can't find anything I don't like! Great price too!
