    Slower than my Samsung smart tv, audio isn’t that great, image quality isn’t spectacular. Decent tv if you want something economical but no comparison to Samsung or LG

    I am unable to get the internet with this model and you didn't tell me, the instructions do not mention that fact. Very distressing. I want to return it.

    I picked up this tv from Best Buy and proceeded to set it up. The picture was good but the speakers did not produce sound and did not work. Best Buy scheduled a date to pick up the tv and deliver a new one. Best Buy delivered the new tv and when I plugged it in the screen was cracked and broken. I took this as a sign and returned the tv and received a refund.

    Cheaper is not better

    I just bought the TV 03/12/2024 and I’m having problems with it. When 1st powering up the TV it says I’m not on WI-FI when I am. I have the Paramount Plus APP loaded and it won’t let me get into it on the first try it takes 2 or 3 times to get in. When watching YouTube it flashes a green light through out the program I’m watching. I’ve tried restarting the TV and that didn’t help. I’ve also tried removing the Apps and load the again and nothing helps. Now it’s to late to return it.

    Loses Wi-Fi connection

    Have had the television for a little of a month. Worked great first few weeks but not have to reboot about every other time using because it keeps losing Wi-Fi connection. Nothing else in house loses connection.

    Sound on this TV is not good at all. At a level 9 there is no sound. You have to get to 11 to even hear the TV.

    I do not like this tv. A few times I have turned the tv off and you can still hear the show being played. I’ll have to force stop just so two apps aren’t playing at the same time. Never had this problem with my Sony Bravia that I replaced for this lol. You get what you pay for.

    Worst customer service I’ve ever dealt with. This tv broke 5 months in. Timeframe is inside the factory warranty. Needed replaced but they didn’t have the size we ordered so wanted us to charge the difference for a new TV or issue a refund. Problem is we don’t get a refund unless we return the tv to the store which isn’t near us at all. Will never buy another product from Best Buy ever again.

    This TV is garbage. Already had to restart it a few times due to freezing and now it has started to smell like Burning plastic. I understood I was buying a cheaper product, but my god Its not even been 3 weeks. Ontop of the issue BB took weeks to install it. Bought Nov 20th, installed December 10th and Jan 2st it is already not working. Buy a different TV

    Avoid this TV if you have a sound system

    Nice basic television, but it has an odd issue with the sound system. If you hook up any sound system to the set, the set speakers and control of them is disabled, This is very inconvenient as you must physically unplug the sound system before you can operate the TV

    Parental control options are terrible. It blocks all apps and not individual apps. Therefore you are stuck having to put passwords for every app, or unblocking all apps.
