Cheaper is not better

When 1st powering up the TV it says I’m not on WI-FI when I am. I have the Paramount Plus APP loaded and it won’t let me get into it on the first try it takes 2 or 3 times to get in. When watching YouTube it flashes a green light through out the program I’m watching. I’ve tried restarting the TV and that didn’t help. I’ve also tried removing the Apps and load the again and nothing helps. Now it’s to late to return it.

Insignia 58 inch

A few times I have turned the tv off and you can still hear the show being played. I’ll have to force stop just so two apps aren’t playing at the same time. Never had this problem with my Sony Bravia that I replaced for this lol. You get what you pay for.

Worst customer service experience

This tv broke 5 months in. Timeframe is inside the factory warranty. Needed replaced but they didn’t have the size we ordered so wanted us to charge the difference for a new TV or issue a refund. Problem is we don’t get a refund unless we return the tv to the store which isn’t near us at all. Will never buy another product from Best Buy ever again.

Broke within 3 weeks. Garbage product

Already had to restart it a few times due to freezing and now it has started to smell like Burning plastic. I understood I was buying a cheaper product, but my god Its not even been 3 weeks. Ontop of the issue BB took weeks to install it. Bought Nov 20th, installed December 10th and Jan 2st it is already not working. Buy a different TV

TERRIBLE TV

Avoid this TV if you have a sound system

If you hook up any sound system to the set, the set speakers and control of them is disabled, This is very inconvenient as you must physically unplug the sound system before you can operate the TV

Parental control

Not worth it!
