Decent TV for the price

Picture quality is OK from far away. Sound is decent. It was my first smart TV. I'm not a fan of the Firestick. With it being Amazon, you are limited to their apps. I can't get a bunch of apps loaded. Peacock app can't be downloaded. Volume bar gets frozen on top of the screen from time to time. It's not a bad TV but I didn't pay much and have enjoyed having a big TV.

Helped her set it up and noticed that it has amazing picture quality. But it could use some better speakers. Definitely going to pick her up a sound bar for Mother’s Day. Also not the biggest fan of the Amazon Fire UI, it’s clunky and slow. But thankfully you can fix that by plugging in your favorite streaming stick.

Gifted to my 13 year old to accompany and XBOX. Picture is crisp and clear, wasy to use remote and he loves the Alexa feature. Also included the Disney Plus app which we aren't able to get on our other televisions that cost 3 times the price. Very happy.

My daughter recieved this for her birthday and was ecstatic! Very good picture quality and sound. It is huge for her bedroom!! She loves having all the apps at her fingertips and bo us was the echo dot with purchase! I would recommend this tv! Clear picture and great sound and won't break the bank!!

Good picture, but some features are missing...

What I am missing are some basic features, like channel up or channel down. Also, since I have a FireTV Recast DVR, my channel guide gives me both, but if I use the remote and say Goto CBS, it ALWAYS goes to the Recast channel, not the tuner on the TV channel. I contacted Amazon about some problems I found, and they say that you have to go to Insignia support. They have no support for this product...
