Crashes constantly, struggles to keep up even on Youtube. Needs to be rebooted daily. Ended up getting a Roku to use with the TV and it has been much better.

I also bought an LG sound bar but the TV’s sound is good enough that you don’t need one if you don’t want to spend extra.

Great TV

TRULY FANTASTIC. For a 4k HDR at this price point and size.. Plus the built in Amazon Fire TV.The only negative I had sometime sound is muted but after sometime sound came again automatically

Posted .This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings.
Here are the steps:
First part: Update software to latest version.
Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings".
Step 2: Select Device & Software.
Step 3: Select "About".
Step 4: Select Downloading Update.
Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version.
Second part: Sound setting after software update:
Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings.
Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds".
Step 8: Select "Audio Output".
Step 9: TV Speaker select ON.
When you finish, the sound should be recovered.

It’s shows all best features which an expensive tv would show. It’s picture quality is really great. Fast speed on the processor makes no buffering time and work perfect with internet. I can’t believe it’s so good for given price.

Amazing TV

Love this TV. Only issue I had was with sound. But there is an easy solution. Just plug in and remove an earphone into the aux cable spot. Love the user interface, sound and picture quality.

Amazing Fire TV built in and downloaded all the apps I need to watch whatever I desire. The built in speakers are quite good as well so no sound bar needed for my use. The picture is crisp.
