Black Friday sale purchase. Probably wouldn't have looked at this at regular price. But for $200, couldn't pass up the deal. We'll see how it holds up. Good picture. Good sound. Still learning fire tv apps.

Purchased this tv for black Friday , and it was good until the sound kept going in and out. Turns out the tv has corrosion in the headphone port that can be fixed by sticking a headphone jack in the port about 10 times. Since I’ve done that the tv hasn’t went out.

Went through 3 TVs with various issues before getting one that worked. At the price point I'm still not upset, but definitely a pain. Issues were speakers not working and random picture loss.

I bought this tv thinking it would be entry level. After setting it up I was pleasantly surprised! I also contacted customer service to help set up my tv And they were extremely helpful the customer service was outstanding! The TV has a lot of options as far as apps.

The Brought this during the Thanks Giving period. The performance of the TV is good. But i faced an issues with Sound. The Sound get off all of sudden and came up automatically. Other then this no other issues were noticed from past 9 months

My son bought me this tv for Christmas and I really like it which isn't a surprise because I like all of my Insignia products. I have a LG smart tv also but I prefer this one over the LG!!

Got this on Black Friday! Was door buster item for $199 and also came with Echo Dot! Had it about a month now and still running good! Great HDR upscaling and decent 4k picture. I would buy it again!

Got this tv with a really good deal. 225 with taxes and a free echo dot. The image quality is ok and sound is good

this is my 4th insignia TV. very nice picture and resolution. you can add your favorite android apps. i wish they have the extra button to change the OTA channels. other than that it is a good tv

Bought for a Christmas present for myself. Beautiful screen. Easy to work remote, but programmed it to work with the Direct TV remote. Smart TV so it has several features and apps. Great price!!

bought this tv on black Friday and we absolutely love it! Only one flaw, its really quiet so we bought a sound bar! Now its phenomenal! Picture is amazing for the price and no lag!

Great tv! The picture and sound have been excellent so far. I'm very happy with my $200 purchase. My first Insignia tv was very reliable and lasted a long time so I'm hoping this one will as well.

Huge display. I like that the TV is balanced well with short stand on both sides instead of single one in the middle. The remote comes with quick use buttons for Netflix, Amazon prime video etc.

Great picture and quality. I am so happy with my choice. The entire process and status excellent. I am s as keays please with Best Buy products and customer service. I would recommend this Tv.

Love this TV - got it last year during black friday for under 200. Premium quality 4k and smart tv means I just need to plug and play. If you can get this for cheap get it!

My first TV purchase. I love it because of the apps that already program. No need for cable TV if you like using app channels like Netflix YouTube Hulu etc. I love the size and quality

I'm not sure if writing a review helps for this product since it was a Black Friday doorbuster, but wow, I am amazed. I thought I was just going to get a cheapo bottom Barrell TV, but I only have the smallest of complaints and that's glare. It's not plasma level glare, but it's more than most LEDs I've had. The colors are great and HDR10 looks amazing. No lag on gaming. Darks are great for the cost. Also no banding at all. I've installed another launcher over the FireTV launcher and it runs smoother than the old MiBox I was using before hand. All the streaming apps work great as well. If you can get one of these, pick it up. It's easily worth double what I paid for it.

Great price . It was a family Christmas gift. The picture is awesome. We have purchased other TVs from Best Buy and have been very satisfied with the quality and service you have provided.

I got it on Black Friday for 199$, and the picture is what you expect from 4k, but not sure if hdr is just marketing or it supports it recommended for people can't afford

Great Tv but still haven't figured out how to not have two remotes, for $500 I'd at least expect a smooth transition to a smart remote but this could be my fault otherwise it is a great tv.
