Only issue I have is that for some reason the tv speakers will switch off every once in a while, which results in me having to manually switch them back on.

Posted .This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings.
Here are the steps:
First part: Update software to latest version.
Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings".
Step 2: Select Device & Software.
Step 3: Select "About".
Step 4: Select Downloading Update.
Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version.
Second part: Sound setting after software update:
Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings.
Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds".
Step 8: Select "Audio Output".
Step 9: TV Speaker select ON.
When you finish, the sound should be recovered.

Bought as Christmas door buster so got a great deal. Recommend getting a universal remote as the buttons on very limited. TV automatically recognizes when a DVD is put into DVD player and turns on automatically.

It comes with a built in fire tv. We got a free echo with it and it is neat to be able to use the fire tv with Alexa fairly seamlessly.

I gave it a 4 star because it doesn't have the option to download Xfinity stream which is what we have at home. I hope this becomes an add on in the near future.

I have waited for some time to do this review just so it would be a solid Review and not premature = This has been an Excellent TV with every issue we had taken care of by Best Buy and Insignia when the remote came up missing Best Buy offered a replacement as well as Insignia also offered a replacement both at no charge. Excellent Product backed by 2 Great Customer Service companys

Only problem I have is I can’t sync my sound bar so the fire tv controls the volume of the sound bar. Other than that, no issues!

We had one issue where sound of getting muted by itself.But GeekSquad replaced it during the pandemic time and it works good till now.

And I'm still experiencing problems with the volume being that it won't work with the Insignia soundbar.
