    I bought this on Cyber Monday and was elated to have been able to. But after a few months of use, I'm noticing audio issues. I actually helped others sort it out on their TV in the reviews, but now I have the issue daily. My TV loses audio daily, and sometimes I have to clear cache and restart it. It's frustrating when watching the news or a movie as you can imagine. The issue started on day 33 of my purchase, it was after the return/exchange period so I'm not very happy about this situation.

      This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings.

      Here are the steps:

      First part: Update software to latest version.
      Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings".
      Step 2: Select Device & Software.
      Step 3: Select "About".
      Step 4: Select Downloading Update.
      Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version.

      Second part: Sound setting after software update:
      Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings.
      Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds".
      Step 8: Select "Audio Output".
      Step 9: TV Speaker select ON.

    This tv is awesome! The picture is crystal clear and the sound is great. I got it for $199 on Black Friday so that makes this tv even better. Highly recommend!

    Absolutely love my television. So easy to set up and use. Beautiful picture and perfect size. Sufficient sound without extra speakers. I cant say enough about it.

    Tv has a pretty good picture,not fantastic.Sound is not so good but with a external speaker its fine.I got it at black Friday sale so for the money I'm happy

    So far so good. Got it for a good deal on Black Friday & it came with a free gift. The only issue i had was the sound.. it had a deep echo when music played. It only happened once.... overall its works for my rec room.

    This 58 inch TV was purchased on Thanksgiving online and delivered the following Sunday. It has a great picture and the included Alexa functionality is terrific.

    We have had no problems with this TV. It was easy to install/hang on the wall. It fit a previously used wall mount. Gets a good signal and the picture is clear.

    Clear picture, but sucky hardware, the volume just went completely out on the TV. Purchase sale price was too good to be true

    Ive bought 3 other insignia 50" fire tvs and havent had a problem with them, but this 58" started giving me problems with the speakers not working 1 month after purchased

    I purchased this TV on Black Friday. I was super excited due to the price. This was my second purchase of a insignia tv. Never had any issues with my first 1 so I thought this tv would be the same. Boy was I wrong. The volume will just go out at random times. You have to constantly clear the cache or data on your apps to get them to work. The tv will freeze on the home screen which will cause you to have to reset but that doesn’t always work. I could go on and on about this tv.

    Good product for the price since I bought it during black Friday. I've had some issues with the sound cutting out that required me to call service. Now it's fixed but it was very frustrating for a while.

    TV has worked great so far. My kid mainly uses it for his PS4. If you are going to use this TV for movie watching, I would recommend purchasing a sound bar for it. The speakers aren't very good for action movies.

    This is a great tv. Works with alexa and will show the ring doorbell on the tv. Great tv for the price. I got it on black friday. Should have purchased two.

    Got this baby on black Friday for an amazing deal! So far, we have not been disappointed! I love how the Amazon echo can be paired with it and you can also buy the Amazon smart plug to connect to it too! You have the option to download TV apps for those who don't pay for the service. There's also an app on there that has movies! Now, you do need to have internet service in order to use these features. The volume put out by this tv is phenomenal! We could have it on "3" and still hear it just fine! Very pleased with this purchase and will most definitely be buying another one!

    I sat in the rain for 7 hours on Thanksgiving Day to get this TV. It was a 2019 doorbuster and at $200 was a steal for a 58" 4K smart TV. I've used Chromecasts and AppleTV and Roku before but never used the Fire TV until now. Even though I still dislike having ads running through my UI, I can put up with them since the UI is so very smooth running and intuitive. My aunt just purchased a 55" Samsung TV and the UI on that one was so awkward and laggy compared to the Fire TV. My parents liked it so much that they went out and bought a Fire Stick to replace their Chromecast.
