I've had good experiences with Insignia branded flat panel TV's and my daughter and her husband needed a new TV so I got them this one. They seem to enjoy it.

Great TV good picture .TV is lightweight and easy to set up.Don't lose remote .But a replacement is available at Best Buy .

I love this tv, the picture quality is excellent. It also came with fire stick installed, huge plus And the free amazon echo was also a bonus

This TV has had some sound issues here and there, but it came with one year of tech support and they came out and fixed the problem. Otherwise, I LOVE this TV!

this is my first smart tv and i love all the features it offer especially the built in Firefox but the only thing it needs more clear instructions on how to set up with your cable

I purchased this on Black Friday (technically Thanksgiving Day, I believe), and didn't get it hooked up until 2 weeks ago. Just yesterday, I started having issues, and I'm not sure what to do. I figured if I wrote a review, I might get some correspondence on what to do. I was blown away by this TV especially at the price I paid. The picture is awesome, and I have stuck with Insignia because I've now owned my 42" Insignia since 2010 and its still going to this day. Just yesterday when my son was playing the Xbox, the picture will go black momentarily and then come right back. There are no loose cables or anything, so I can't figure out what is causing it. It's intermittent, and nothing specific causes it to happen, it just happens every now and then and is incredibly frustrating. Has this happened to anyone else? If that issue were to be resolved, this would be 4 star TV. I'd only give it 4 stars because the Fire TV interface is mostly great, but a little annoying since there isn't a button specifically for inputs on the remote. If it had that, it would be 5 stars easy. If there is a way to fix the issue, I would be more than happy to change my review.

TV has lots of apps. It gets a great picture. Got at a very good price. Likes how it looks on my wall.

The volume on the tv shuts down other than that pic is decent volume is good when it works!!

purchased this bad boy 2 years ago on black Friday. Great price and love being able to pair alexa to it.
