Not a great TV

The software version is updated as well. But it is not helping. The picture quality is also not 4k. I see ghost pictures when fast moving objects are present. The Geek squad who came over to check had asked me to return it in store. This was before the COVID closures of the shops. Now I am not sure if best buy will be willing to take it back.
