Terrible TV and terrible Geek Squad Repair

I bought this tv as a Black Friday deal. The problems began by February. The volume would be on but I couldn’t hear anything. A Geek Squad Rep finally repaired the sound board and the power button stopped working after the Geek Squad rep replaced the sound board. The power button that stopped working could not be replaced according to the Geek Squad Rep. Despite the original problem worsening and having a non functioning television after the failed repair I was only offered the price of the television and a prorated Geek Squad repair. The customer service has been terrible. Beware: Your tv can have more problems when the Geek Squad rep completes the “repair” and you will still only get the price. This has been a bad overall experience

Posted .This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings.
Here are the steps:
First part: Update software to latest version.
Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings".
Step 2: Select Device & Software.
Step 3: Select "About".
Step 4: Select Downloading Update.
Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version.
Second part: Sound setting after software update:
Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings.
Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds".
Step 8: Select "Audio Output".
Step 9: TV Speaker select ON.
When you finish, the sound should be recovered.

Pictures seem kind of fuzzy and away blurry I tried to work with the settings I could not get the blarney us to go away maybe I’m just picky but as soon as I got the LG TV I notice a huge difference in the image quality

I see multiple issues: - No mirroring option from laptop - Youtube stopping multiple times. - Multiple apps causing error and only way to get it work reinstall and wait. It is time for connected device network where firetv is lagging behind while I didn't have any issue with my last chrome-cast tv which worked perfectly for almost 3 years.
