No sound
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. We bought this TV on Black Friday. Nice size and picture quality is good, the only downside is the sound turns off and on. Sometimes the voices do not match up with the people so it just looks terrible.

Perfect TV for our family
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.First off. Bought it during Black Friday for $199, simply a deal you couldn’t beat. My family loves off Fire Sticks so The transition to the tv was amazing. I just hope it lasts as long as my other insignia did before the screen started going out.

Wouldn’t recommend
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Something about the way it’s setup I don’t like.. also don’t lose the remote there’s no way to change the channels without out. But BestBuy price was the best. I love it for the pricing but it’s a pain in the butt to operate.

Worst TV ever!!!!!!!!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am really disappointed! I bought this TV a while before getting my apartment. Thus, I did open it couple of months after the purchase date. After using it for less than 2 weeks, I started to have a sound issue. Sometimes by going to turn on the sound on in the setting area, I can get it fixed and sometimes that does not even solve the matter. The remote also has a problem. Thus, I can't even watch the tv when I want. This seems to be a general problem with this tv from Insignia and I am so disappointed that there is not the help the customer needs.

We got a lemon!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Great BF deal at $199. One month later started having audio issues due to the headphone jack sensor problbem. Geek Squad replaced motherboard and was fine for one month. Same audio issues resurfaced. Repaired again and after repair, the on-off button on the remote wouldn't work. Was happy with the response from Insignia Warranty. After 2nd repair, we were able to return the TV for exchange. Since no longer available, we were give a BB credit for the original purchase price. You're lucky if you got one of these without the problems.

Don't waste your money and time
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have brought this TV in Black Friday doorbuster deal. It was easy to setup and Picture quality is decent. We were initially too excited about the deal and TV but after 2 weeks of using it, the real issue started, we have start noticing the sound abruptly not working (required a few restarts for the sound to work because the option to even select the "sound options" would be disabled). whenever I turn on the TV, after few seconds, the sound goes away and automatically comes back but no fix time, sometimes comes back in few mins and some times I have restart to get it worked. Yesterday I called Insignia support and they didn't help either, they were trying to blame to Fire OS but that was definitely not the issue. I tried to reset to default and started setting up the TV like new but the issue still exist. THIS SHOULD NOT EVEN BE HAPPENING TO A BRAND NEW TV. I don't see any pros in this TV or deal. Even $200 is not worth for this TV. PLEASE DON'T WASTE MONEY ON THIS.

The 200 dollar price makes it
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The rate is slow, i.e. the background and foreground dont move together well. Also you can not screen cast anything. More a problem with the fire tv software than the tv... would be great if i could simply cast whatever was on my phone.

Labbed it
||Posted . Owned for 1 year when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Loved the TV. Unfortunately had to buy a new one after my Black Lab was chewing on a baseball and had a fit. Ball flew hard into TV and cracked the screen. No warranty accounts for playful Labs!

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Started out great, now after a couple of months the sound turns off randomly and won’t turn back on for a few minutes after we’ve missed part of the show. Do not buy
