    Bought 3 of these for Christmas last year. The price was great but the sound would intermittently cut out every so often sometimes for a few sec sometimes for hours on all three units. I did not get the warranty with best buy. So I call customer service with the MFG. that was a joke no luck. I fixed the problem with a sound bar and no problem. So if you have a sound bar or surround system then for the price its fine, if not don't buy.

    Replacment has also developed a fault

    4k 58' Insignia TV. Sound failed after 7 days, Great help in replacement but again the sound has failed after 2 months. I'm waiting to see what the fix is before reviewing the TV fully but it does appear to have a manufacturing fault, I'm not the only one to have this fault. 4 other reviews mention this fault.

      This sound issue can be fixed via FW update and adjusting the sound settings.

      Here are the steps:

      First part: Update software to latest version.
      Step 1: Connect WiFi, go to main menu, select "Settings".
      Step 2: Select Device & Software.
      Step 3: Select "About".
      Step 4: Select Downloading Update.
      Step 5: Install the software, TV shows software version.

      Second part: Sound setting after software update:
      Step 6: Return to main menu, select Settings.
      Step 7: Select "Display & Sounds".
      Step 8: Select "Audio Output".
      Step 9: TV Speaker select ON.

      When you finish, the sound should be recovered. BBY-ExBrand_Insignia

    Volume doesnt work, comes and goes. Wish i never bought this TV...been only 6 months sonce I purchased this

    I love this TV, the remote is wondeful i can speak into it whatever show I want to see. Disney +, netflix, of course Amazon all the apps.

    Has audio problems. Will randomly cut audio out. On our second warranty repair. Other than that's its ok for the money.

    You get what you pay for. Didn’t have a sound bar hooked up to it at first and the tv sound kept cutting out.
