Could not give 0 stars. Stay away from this TV
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. No Customer support whatsoever. Bought this TV in Nov 2019 and as soon as I started using the TV, issues started immediately. Audio output from the TV cuts off intermittently while using the TV. Complained to BestBuy about it - but their response was appalling - twice washing off their hands and asking me to contact Insignia directly. On the other hand - I have been trying to contact Insignia and are never available over phone / email for customer support. Will never buy an Insignia TV again and now I am also thinking of buying an product from BestBuy - coming from a customer who has shopped continuously for 5 years in a row

Has issues
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Has issues. It overall works ok but the sound is very glitchy. Regardless of your set up it has problems. It lags when wired but not Bluetooth which is weird. Crashes sometimes and again plagued with sound problems.

Junk - sound doesn't work after a few months
||Posted . Owned for 5 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Cheaply made tv for Black Friday. Sound stopped working after a software update. It's been months and Insignia hasn't rolled back the update or resolved the issue.

Audio issues
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought this TV on Black Friday as the deal was so attractive. It was fine for the first few weeks then some audio issues started. The sound stops automatically out of nowhere but the video keeps playing smoothly like there is no problem. After few minutes it comes back again. It happens frequently. Tried resetting but nothing seems to solve the issue. Now I need to schedule a return pick up for this TV.

||Posted . Owned for 9 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound keeps cutting out on this TV. Read many, many reviews stating the same problem. Unfortunately, read them AFTER my purchase. Black Friday deal was fantastic, this TV has not been.

Disappointing

PROBLEM
||Posted . Owned for 10 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This tv was a nightmare! Have owned insignia before, no problems. This “smart tv” was a gift for son & his family. Worked great for a few months, then sound issues & unable to connect to certain networks (ie; Disney plus and a few others). Voice eventually went completely out, over a holiday with 4 kids home from school! Due to pandemic had to return to store & get a new one. Guess what...a few months later same issue (embarrassed gift giver). Had service call, wait for 30 days, got new part, fingers crossed!

||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Had booked 58 inch TV, but received 1 with 50 inches. Please do not buy this TV!
||Posted . Owned for 11 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Please don’t buy this product. I bought this during Black Friday 2019. The sound constantly goes out. A quick internet search will show this is a common issue with this model. Today the display died. I spent $200 on this and I all I have left is the free echo dot. Spend more and buy a good product.

Bad TV no help from BestBuy
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.TV was delivered 12/1/19 and was not unboxed till 12/25/19, a Christmas gift. TV was great till 1/10 when TV speakers would shut off by them self. Greek Squad tried to help on 1/14/19 and speakers were ok for a day. Called Geek Squad today 1/18/19 and they just didn't want to help me and advise to call manufacturer. I have many items from Best Buy, not a good way to handle a customer and a TV purchased.

Worst choice ever
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. It has become apparent with the social distancing and being at home that these televisions are flawed. I purchased 3 on Black Friday, waited a month and had them mounted, etc...that service was fine. These televisions randomly cut out on the sound...all 3 - random times and for random lengths. I wish I had known, but now I am stuck with 3 pieces of crap mounted to my walls. Do not purchase - you will regret it. These were the biggest waste of money I have ever had.
