I purchased this TV on Black Friday and thought it was a great deal. Well, in this instance you get what you pay for. After 15 days the audio started to fade out for 2-3 minutes. I would reboot the TV and the audio would come back, now the audio goes out for 20-30 minutes at a time. I purchased the geek squad warranty, they now want to replace the motherboard on my new TV. Geek-squad is useless . Shame on Best Buy for selling this Garbage.

Today the sound stopped working just like all the other reviews here. I wish I had saw these reviews before I bought mine. You better pray me buying a soundbar fixes this piece of sh_t or I'll smash it in the lobby of your store where I bought it. Why would you ever sell something so crappy and pawn it off as a spectacular deal. These reviews have been posted here for quite a while. I'm never buying anything else from best buy again.

I purchased this TV on Black Friday in 2019. It's was delivered late December of 2019. Within week or so the TV speakers stop working. volume keep getting cut off and on while watching tv. I reached out to bestbuy with absolutely no help what so ever. And i am still waiting for the parts to be shipped out so the geek squad can replace sound bar or speaker etc...... it's been over 2 months. This is ridiculous.

Ever since we brought this TV home it’s had issues with sound being cut off when connected to any external device- chormecast, Nintendo switch, song blu ray player, MacBook and Alienware laptop. The sound would cut off randomly for about a minute and come back on. It’s also not hdmi port specific. We changed ports, cables, devices, reset the TV, and NOTHING works!! So disappointed.

This TV is crap...have issues with the sound every time I watch a movie...sound broke after 4 months. If I go to audio settings I see TV speakers OFF but there is no way to turn them ON. Sometimes I have to turn off the TV, or factory reset, by the time the sound is back I am already frustrated and dont care about watching a movie. I'll think better next time when ordering a crap brand by BB.

Works great for a month, then the audio will cut out completely for up to 20 seconds randomly. Had the TV exchanged by Geek Squad when they wouldn't be able to replace the part necessary to fix it. A month later the new TV had the same issues, but can't be fixed due to current restrictions. It was a great sale on Black Friday, but its a bigger headache than its worth.

Tv audio went out close to March when I bough it in late November. We are in the middle of a pandemic and Best Buy is unable to send a technician out (understandably) but I am without a tv and don’t want to purchase a new one and be stuck with a gift card once they tell me it’s not repairable.

Sound stopped working after few months. Very bad experience working with support team. Appointment canceled two times and finally said that they do not have parts without even checking. insignia 58 inch fire tv 58DF620NA20 is having intermittent sound drop issues while watching. The video keeps playing and the audio cuts out indefinitely and comes back after sometime. Geek squad replaced the mother board as it was under warranty but the same issue came back after a month. I called insignia support and they will send the geek squad again to take a look.

Tv was working great, but last week we were having problems connecting to internet. Every other device in our home was able to connect to the network. I did a factory reset and now I cannot get it to do the initial update or have it connect to my Amazon account. I tried everything on the forums to get it to work, but had no success.

From the day I bought this tv 2 years ago in Black Friday the audio cuts off and take either a reset or unplugging to come back. It’s a known issue with the mother board on this model that’s why they put it on sale for so cheap to offload defective TVs. Guess you get what you pay for smh.,
