    Hi, while placing netflix, it will come out and asking for play again and when you play voice won't be coming. you need to wait 10 to 15 minutes then on tv. after 15 mts you can see voice. It will happen frequency every 3 to 6 mnts. It's worst expereince.

    I thought this tv was going to be great because I bought a 55” before and it was awesome, so far the color on the tv goes in and out and the sound does the same. It has been doing this for a while now and I still haven’t had it a year.

    Already had to call the geek squad to try and fix. I have only had it a little over a month, it has long periods of silence. Seems like until the tv stays on for a little while it has minutes of silence. Waiting doe it to get fixed or replaced

    This TV has major sound issues. The sound of the tv goes off on its own and the applications restart on its own. i have returned one tv as it was under exchange period and got another one. Same issue and same problem.waste of money

    The sound has cut in and out ever since I purchased. Ive been in the process of getting it fixed for the last 3 months but am no being told parts are not available and no one even came to look at it to identify the issue.

    Sound does not work. Still under warranty. Registered a case almost 2 months ago. No communication from BestBuy. It is a shame that they never worry about the registered cases for products that are still under warranty !!

    Sound stopped working after 3 months. Part to fix is out of stock. Best Buy offered to exchange but tv not in stock at store and store will not ship it. Currently using old tv while waiting for tv to get back in stock at my store.

    Can't recommend this tv. We ended up returning it. It wouldn't stay synced with sound bar. And even without soundbar, the sound and video would not sync up correctly. Bb was easy to work with when I returned it.

    The TV fails to recognize speaker hardware

    The sound stops in the middle of viewing shows. Have to wait for the problem to self-resolve. It seems there is a glitch in how the software interacts with the hardware. It simply fails to register the speaker hardware.

    Worked fine for a couple months but now the sounds cuts in and out a lot. Insignia said they would send a technician but not until after the quarantine is over. Will have to wait at least another month.

    The TV would go on mute by itself. It pauses and volume will come back once you un-pause. Even terrible is Best Buy/Geek Squad response on my requests to fix the TV. NEVER BUY!

    This TV causing continues problem. Sometime screen start fluctuations sometime it auto move apps on screen , recently audio is getting off and come back while we reset Fire tv .

    Buy this TV only if you want to see and NOT listen. This was my 3 rd same TV from Best Buy as replacement and all of them have the same problem. Do not buy.
