TV is not good
||Posted . Owned for 8 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I thought this tv was going to be great because I bought a 55” before and it was awesome, so far the color on the tv goes in and out and the sound does the same. It has been doing this for a while now and I still haven’t had it a year.

Worst service ever!!
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Sound does not work. Still under warranty. Registered a case almost 2 months ago. No communication from BestBuy. It is a shame that they never worry about the registered cases for products that are still under warranty !!

Black Friday purchase
||Posted . Owned for 7 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Can't recommend this tv. We ended up returning it. It wouldn't stay synced with sound bar. And even without soundbar, the sound and video would not sync up correctly. Bb was easy to work with when I returned it.

The TV fails to recognize speaker hardware
||Posted . Owned for 4 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. The sound stops in the middle of viewing shows. Have to wait for the problem to self-resolve. It seems there is a glitch in how the software interacts with the hardware. It simply fails to register the speaker hardware.
