Really good quality tv! This tv is worth it for a cheaper price! 4k resolution and it really looks like good quality! Would highly recommend if you're budget tight.

Love the ease of use and being able to control from my phone. This is especially handy in a house where the remote are always lost. Great picture and sound quality.

This smart tv does a good job. You can’t beat it for the price but every once and a great while it may have a small hiccup whether with the remote or the actual tv but a reset takes care of it.

I was impressed with the TV right out of the box. After we set everything up, the picture was amazing. But I have had problems with the volume from day one. Some shows volume are too low and the commercials are extremely loud. And the most irritating of all is the fact that the volume will cut off for sometimes seconds at a time. Or sometimes minutes at a time. Through research, I found that the "fire stick" does the same. So obviously there is a problem with Amazon. I wish I had purchased a SmartTV with Roku instead.

Good value and good quality. But after a year it starts to be glitchy. I don't know if they do that on purpose, but it sucks that that happens. If you like to get a new tv every year, go for it.

TV is very nice. This was a fantastic price for this TV. The Alexa feature makes it very easy to use and helps if you cant find what you're looking for.

This was such a great buy for the quality TV that we purchased. Easy to install and now enjoying all the options with our smart TV ! Love - love it!

It’s my first time buying this brand the color and the sound is perfect was a very good deal and plus the fire tv perfect for a bedroom or game room

I bought this during the 2019 Black Friday and used it for a month and very satisfied with its overall performance. No issues out of the box, and up and running without any tweaking. I have not looked at the other features but it works very well. The picture is great. i have seen a 4k movie yet but the 4k videos on the Youtube looks great!! Buy it if you get it in a sale, you won't regret. The features always changes on these TV's, so don't waste your money by going for a high-end model with all the bells and whistles which you won't be using a lot.

Got a great deal on this Thanksgiving day and the picture is great, can't complain. The issue is the sound cuts out completely almost every time we use it now. When it first started happening, I looked at reviews and saw I should plug in headphones to the speaker port and then unplug and the sound will come back. This works, but what a pain to have to do this all the time... and not sure how long it will work. Do I need to buy a soundbar? Not sure what to do, but I guess you get what you pay for. Too bad because otherwise, it would have been a homerun.

Easy to set up, easy to navigate apps and channels, nice picture quality, great price. We've had it for 6 weeks and we have no complaints.

The TV was a great value, especially on Black Friday. However, there is a MASSIVE design problem with this TV. The Remote WILL NOT control a sound bar or any external volume source other than the TV. There is also no way to turn off the TV speaker and still have the TV control the volume. Do not buy this TV if you have an external audio source unless you have a separate universal remote. I ended up having to plug my old FireTV stick into it, which defeats the purpose of having FireTV built in, just so I could have volume control from the remote.

Cheap as all get out. A black Friday purchase. AS few months later the sound started going out intermittently. After extensive google searching i found over ten thousand customers with the same issue. Due to being a black friday tv it wasn't easy to get it looked at, but luckily i found a solution. For some reason the headphone input glitches and can be solved by inserting a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, and then removing it, triggering the tv to recognized it and switch back to tv sound output.

This smart TV is the best tv. It is easy to navigate. It has a great picture. We get tons of movies now. We love it!

This at the time was a good purchase, Easy to set up, great picture, really good sound for while. In the past 2 months the sound has started going out and picture freezes.

Nice tv very easy to use. One bad thing is the boiling kept going in and out. After calling Insignia a couple times I was able to work out the problem and now it works great .

I was very skeptical about purchasing this TV but for the deal that best buy was running for black Friday i couldn't beat the price so i decided to buy it. I love the size of this TV its perfect for the living room , and it has everything already in it since it is the amazon fire version of the television. I now wish that i would have bought another one for my room but. For anyone who just needs a TV maybe a college student or a person who is just getting their own place i would recommend this product.
