I am returning this charger today, because it over heated and actually started burning on the bottom. My second charge didn't overheat, but did not charge the device.

This would have been a good idea for a phone that actually has that feature. I bought 3 of them and they got really hot when we used them. Fire hazard.

It gets hot while charging my phone and so does the phones when put on there no longer use it because im afraid itll over heat and cause damage

I thought it was a wireless charging pad. When I unplug it it won't charge my phone. I fully charge it to take with me and when I needed it.. it was dead. So maybe I need directions on using it.

This will barely charge charge my galaxy s20, sitting overnight it would not even charge to full. I have tried with and without a QI wireless approved case.

If your going to spend the money on a wireless charging pad then spend a little extra and get the one that charges twice as fast. This charger is very slow at charging my phone.

I tried this thing 4 times, with my phone case on and off. It does NOT work! It doesn't show if your phone is charging at all AND the so-called blue light that says your phone is charging is not really blue. AND If your phone was really charging that your phone would show that BUT it doesn't do that either!!! I have a IPhone too. I am really disappointed!! I thought Insignia was a good brand too. It's a good thing I only paid a total with tax $5.29.

Because it isn’t “Certified”, it doesn’t work with Apple iPhones. It was free, so no loss to me, but wish I was told ahead of time.

The "hot spot" on this charger must be very tiny. You have to lay your phone down just right and the blue light comes on, then your phone comes on showing the lightning bolt that it's charging. But if you don't put it precisely where the hot spot is, you'll get woken up in the middle of the night hearing the phone come on and turn off, come on and turn off, and it keeps doing it. So I just take the phone off the charging pad. This was very cheaply priced so I guess you get what you pay for.

This is my first time encounter with Insignia product. Design was good but they don't charge well on my Samsung Galaxy s10. Very disappointed with this product.

To whom it may concern I just droves 20 miles to pick up the order droves home , guess what the item is not new was open and missing the adapter very disappointing of Best Buy service, this item going back when I pick up anorther order . Lost my trust with Best Buy services and employee who working at that store . PS. Check the product before re- sale, make sure have everything in the box before handed to customer, thank you...

I liked the idea but it didn’t seem to output enough power. It took so much longer to charge my phone this way instead of the conventional lighting charging

There's nothing fast about this charger it's slower than molasses I plugged my phone in it's charging about an hour I put it on that thing it has a set half the night

This charger works ok. You have to adjust your phone around a lot for it to pick up a charge and it takes a long time for the phone to charge.

Charges way too slow. Also it doesn't seem to really be wireless. It still has to be plugged up to an electrical outlet. Charging cord is way too short.

I returned this product. While your phone was on it it would get extremely hot. Fire hazard

Wouldn’t recommend this. It gets too hot. I was afraid it’d do damage to my phone or catch on fire. Returned it.

Wire included in poor and becomes loose. Charging time is slow. Hard to place phone perfectly to make connection to charge.

I expect wireless chargers to be slow, but this one didn’t even meet my minimum requirements. Material also doesn’t feel that durable.

Works for several minutes and then stops charging For no apparent reason. Walked away when charging my AirPods and after 10-15 minutes was no longer charging and hadn’t charged my AirPods very much at all. Took off AirPod case and tried again with the same result. Tried my iPhone and wouldn’t charge until 3 attempts. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting from usb with same result. Don’t buy!!!!
