It stopped working within two of owning this product.

Came with an short in the cable; didn’t work at all

This is called a "5W" charger, but the wall plug and the pad are both rated for 10W, so you're paying for a 5W system and getting one that should, in theory, be capable of 10W. So far, mine just plain works, which is all it's really supposed to do. No complaints. Not much more I can ask it to do. My only complaint is more about the phone than the pad. I'm not sure where the wireless charging receiver on the phone is, so I sometimes have to move it around on the pad until it starts charging. Not really that big a deal, but if I just set it down without paying attention, sometimes I miss and it won't be charging even though I think it is.

charges phone fast...very easy to setup...would recommend

I have had this chrager a couple months now and am going to dig out my receipt to return. I was occasionally not placing my phone on the charger the exact way it needed to be (rather picky with my Galaxy s7) and after waking up to 13% battery life from it not charging the 12th time in owning it I started to cotemplate searching for the receipt for a return. But then it started making this terrible, high-pitch chirping noise and now I know the thing is going back! It is faint, it took me a while to identify where it was coming from. But I work opposite my husband on a graveyard shift. I have 2 hours to "sleep" before I go to work. If something is making a frequency noise and keeping me up longer than it should, it better pray my patience remains!

I'm able to charge my iPhone x, no issues at all But if I try to charge my Airpods pro it would blink red and wouldn't charge and it charges 1 in 10 times if I placing it again and again. Insignia can you please address this?

Works great and doesn't make the phone super hot which I like very much.

First off, I had the product for about two weeks and during that time the device worked beautifully. That’s the reason I gave the product two stars. However this morning when I picked up my phone, my phone was blazing hot and was not charged at all. After further inspection, I saw that my device melted on the bottom and was probably minutes away from catching on fire. Therefore, I would recommend not buying this product and getting a higher quality device. Hopefully this did not happen with other people’s device!

Worked well but wish it would have charged a bit faster.

Got as a Christmas gift. Worked great for 4 months. Charger now very sensitive to where phone is placed on the charger for it to even work. Even then it stops charging after a few minutes. Blue charging light turns red and charging stops. Will be looking for another one.

Charges iPhones too slowly - hit or miss on making a proper charging connection when placing the phone on the pad.
