This cable works exactly as expected. If you need to take audio from a mini-jack to a component with RCA style inputs. This should do the trick.

Item works great. Plugs into tv and gives l/r channel split for surround sound system. Length is good allowing seperation of tv and reciever.

yeah these have worked great for using my I-pod on my receiver. the last ones I used started to make humming noises and also made my system not work properly. it started to sketch me out cause I thought something more serious was wrong with either my I-pod or my receiver. these cured my problem. I like using these because I don't like using hdmi cables charging my I-pod constantly causing the battery to lose power over time. I charge my I-pod once then run it down with these cables till depleted. that way the battery stays strong for along time.
