I had to purchase this cable for my Westinghouse LED 40". I did not know when I bought the TV that I would need this cable with my Insignia soundbar to make them work together. For whatever reason, you cannot use RCA to RCA (Red/White) cable like I could with my older, smaller Vizio. Doesn't make much sense considering this Westinghouse is a newer TV, but I am willing to overlook all that. This cable is a must for that setup and it worked great, sound is phenomenal!

It fits my new Harman speaker perfectly. I think that it can transfer original sound without any interface.

Works very well - no distortion. I use it ti connect an iphone to a stereo receiver and it works very well.

Used this to turn my old receiver into a tool for our dance studio. Everyone wants to play music off of their phones so we just needed a new input. My old Dennon also had gain control on the inputs so it works well. Be aware cell phone out put is pretty low. Do not think it would have worked without gain control on the inputs. Works great after 6 months, used most days by lots of folks in the dance studio.

It's a simple, basic cable that I use to connect portable devices. small CD players, iPod,iPhone, iPad. Mostly when guests visit and want to share a tune. I have found that a direct wire connection to my receiver delivers a purer sound than streaming. This cable fits it's desired solution admirably. In fact, it's of good enough quality, I bought two for versatility and multiple devices.
