Solved the Problem

My TV Ears have two audio jacks for left and right earbuds. This Insignia 6' - 3.5mm single Mini-to-2 RCA Stereo Audio Cables solved the connection problem. However, it did require the additional use of 2 Insignia™ NS-HZ310 RCA plug couplers to connect the red & white male jacks above to the 2 RCA male jacks on my TV Ears. - Problem solved.
