Works great with iPhones in cases

I keep my iPhone in an Otter case so a lot of similar adapters will not work because the base of the plug it too large to fit into the hole in the Otter case. The protrusion on the 1/8" plug portion of this adapter solves that problem. All adapters should be made like this one.
