The cord is sturdy -almost too sturdy as it is not as easy to bend as I would have liked. However, I feel confident that it will take some punishment as I move it quite frequently. While I do not use the hook as much it still seems like a good design and handy. Overall, I like this power strip. and I would recommend it over the plastic ones.

Three outlets (two on one side, one on the other along with two USB ports). Pretty convenient for the pricing. I used it to add to my power supply battery back up. The chord flexibility and look is pretty cool.
